The facilities are very nice and it's easy to schedule. However the customer service is awful. I've never had a dog daycare treat me with such snobbery. There were many incidents over the past year where the staff was snarky and seemed irritated with my family/the dog. Namely, we received a sharp change in treatment after we decreased our daycare visits from 2-3 times a week to 1 time a week. My dog also received grooming during that time. For a year there were no issues, but after we stopped going as often they said the "dog is too difficult" to trim her nails. It's a chihuahua...

The last time the dog was boarded, they called me to tell me that her vaccine records weren't up to date and so she would be sequestered from the other dogs. Why not let me know before boarding her? They called me later in the week to ask about updating her records and I let them know "Actually we're not bringing her back" to which the girl on the phone responded happily "OK GREAT!" as if they couldn't wait to lose us as a customer.

Availability, caring customer service and professionalism. I trust that my dog is very well cared for at Dogtopia. My dog refuses to stay at other places and I consider it important that she enjoys where she is placed.

Wonderful place. My dog literally drags me through their door everyday to get to play with her friends. The staff is very friendly, and they understand dog behavior and dogs’ needs. Their play spaces are open and huge, and they separate by dog size and energy level. The dogs can run around to their hearts’ content or rest in a crate if needed. My dog comes home after a day at Dogtopia tired out and ready for sleep. Great exercise for her.
Their hours are fantastic- if I need to get to work early or stay at work a bit late, their hours allow me to do so. I can’t say enough good things about this Dogtopia. They have been a life saver for our family and our dog.

Dogtopia Downtown Evanston provided a safe and friendly place for my dog to stay overnight while we attended various graduation activities. Check-in and check-out princesses were effortless. My dog looked happy after the pickup. Thank you for your excellent service for taking care of her.

Love this location. All the staff is amazing and the owner of this location when we first came to explain everything to us. Our pup Holi has been coming since summer and always has fun. Definitely recommend Dogtopia.

I don’t know where to begin. Sarah the manager is THE BEST. She genuinely cares about her job, customer service and most of all the dogs. My son was going to be born in the coming days and she was able to help arrange overnight stays for as long as I needed for my pup. She ensured any issues were immediately addressed with her staff and she maintains a professional environment. Astro misses Dogtopia in Evanston.
