I am a faithful follower of Dianne since she groomed at Solano Pet, what, maybe 30 plus years ago?. She has been amazing with all my German Shepherds and I am so thankful to be able to call and ask for her help with their grooming issues. Her son, now in the business with her, is equally as awesome. They are both great with the dogs and provide a loving and caring environment for them. I cant recommend them more highly.

Amazing customer service! Accommodated my elderly schnauzer and my bratty mutt who doesn't like his nails touched. Great prices, good location, and quality grooming. I recommend this to anyone! It is to note that Google hasn't caught up yet but they are called "The Empuppyporium" (or something to that extent my memory is horrible) now.

Unfortunately, the couple of times that I used this vendor’s services, I felt that the instructions given were not followed.

It’s not the only groomer i’ve used who decides to do what they want rather than what the client asks for, and overall, the process was fine.

The personnel is nice but there’s a lack of process. Things like booking confirmations or a call when the dog is ready would make for a better experience.

Based on this, I’d say with confidence that there is a better groomer out there, but if I was to live closer or have a breed that just requires a deshedding and not a cut, I could see myself going back.

Been taking our dog here for nail trims for over a year. I think Ben has taken over permanently. Our pup is a very nervous guy but Ben is amazing working with him. The shop isnt always perfectly tidy but it's more important to me that he is well cared for.

The first time I took my dog here, she acted very slow and strange afterwards. I had given her anti-anxiety medicine beforehand so I chocked it up to that. My boyfriend brought her back a second time a couple months later and my dog was terrified when she saw the shop owner; she hid under the car seat and eventually got out of the car altogether and ran down the street despite being on anti-anxiety medication at that time. She was so freaked out they couldn’t work on her, so the owner rescheduled for the next day and then canceled the appointment without telling us despite having my number. He then accused my boyfriend of yelling at his other employees when he had not and overall escalated the situation by being rude and unapologetic. I didn’t know my dog had reacted that badly to coming here the second time, if I had known that I definitely wouldn’t have brought her back. Based on my dog’s reaction, I do think they are rough towards some of the dogs and I have seen other reviews supporting this. Do not take your dog here.
