Having waited over 4 weeks for an appointment. 4 days before I received a call to say that the groomer had left. Instead of prioritizing an existing appointment, I was told I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Because they are fully booked. So beware of being let down after waiting weeks at short notice.

This place is wonderful! I have a senior dog that had seizures when she is nervous. They made sure to have all the information on her and kept her in a gated area rather than crating her because she gets scared around other dogs. I feel like they really go out of their way to take great care of your pup! We loved the groomer and she did SUCH a good job, Ginger looks adorable!!

I have been bringing my dogs here for years. I scheduled an appt. 2 weeks earlier. Its an hours drive from where I live & the owner knows this. When I got to the appointment, I was told the groomer was sick & I'd have to reschedule. I was told she tried to call me approx 1/2 hour b4, but I was already driving & didn't get the message. I asked if someone else could groom my dog & was told no. I asked if they'd compensate me to help offset the gas, time & inconvenience (perhaps a coupon or a small percent off), since I'd have to reschedule & make another 2 hr. round trip. I was told no compensation would be given.
My loyalty after many years was totally unappreciated & there was no responsibility taken by this business for the inconvenience & problems they caused me. I will not be going back to a place where customers are not important.

Amazing experience. My dog had a fear of going to the groomers and when I brought her here she seemed so much calmer and happier. Her being able to free roam and socialize was great for her. Her haircut was great too. Just what we needed. Def worth the price to have my girl not be scared of getting her haircut and also being able to make other doggie friends !!

I called for help because my dog had been to another groomer (Dirty Pawz) earlier in the day and she missed clipping his ears and there were a few pieces of hair on his feet she missed. I didn’t want to drive a half hour each way just to have her correct a sloppy job. Doggie Divine wanted $35 to do a few quick clips!!!!!! Get over yourselves!! I went to Yankee Doodle Pet Spa and she would even charge me because it was under 5 minutes to fix. I’m not saying they should have done it for free but $35 is robbery.

My puppers was very anxious coming here for the first time (we just moved) and Amy was super nice and took time to calm him down and he got a great haircut. You can tell they care.

So impressed! Amy and her team are absolutely incredible 🙌🏼 Took care of our sweet Opal who went in for her first groom at almost 2 years old. She smells incredible and they treated her like an absolute princess.

We have had our dogs groomed here for as long as we’ve had them and they were recommended to us by another patron who has also been very happy here. They listen to our grooming instructions and do the best possible job. Our dogs always come home looking great!
