This was our second doggie daycare since the first did not work out (constantly getting sick, concerning staff), so we were skeptical. They have treated our dogs so well! They’re high energy and always come home pooped! Highly recommend. They post daily photos on their Facebook for updates.

Our pup Lilly absolutely loves her weekly daycare sessions. The staff is friendly, helpful and obviously caring during those regular visits — and when we had a recent family emergency, Tanner and Vanessa stepped up in a huge way to arrange last-minute boarding for Lilly. They’re the best!

We send our Doberman here for daycare at least once a week and we've done a 5-day boarding with them as well. The staff are all super friendly and excited to see the dogs, the process to get your pup in daycare is super easy, and we always feel like our dog is happy and well taken care of.

I regret having to write this, but our experience with Doggie Depot was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Our dog was recently dismissed from the daycare for "aggression," but when my husband and I asked for more details about the incident, we were told there was no video footage available—despite the fact that there are cameras set up throughout the facility. This lack of transparency was frustrating and left us with no real understanding of what actually happened.

While I understand that young dogs can sometimes get snippy, as owners, we should have been given a clear explanation of the situation. Instead, we were left in the dark, which is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to ensure the safety of the dogs in their care.

Additionally, we learned that the staff tosses out bones for the dogs to share. This practice is not only unsafe but also irresponsible. Dogs can resource guard, and introducing high-value items like bones into a group setting is a recipe for conflict and injury. It’s alarming that a professional daycare would allow this.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share our experience. I cannot recommend Doggie Depot to other pet owners based on the lack of communication, transparency, and unsafe practices we encountered.

It has been a battle trying to find a groomer that takes the time to listen and learn about grooming techniques for specific dog breeds. Rudy is an English Cocker Spaniel and he requires stripping, brushing, and trim w/ no clippers. Many groomers say NO because its too much work. Kimberly at Doggie Depot is an exception because she was excited for this challenge. Results were beyond exceptional and surpassed expections. Rudy was so perfectly groomed! It is so rare to find someone so precise! Kimberly is an amazing addition to the Doggie Depot Family! Rudy has found his forever groomer!

We've used Doggie Depot for overnight and daycare about 25 times over the past 9 years, and consistently recommend it to friends. They have built a nice locally owned business, which tries its best to love our dogs like we do and be as flexible as possible within reason. We once had our dog knock the bin off the top of its crate and proceed to eat medicine therein. A freak accident, but their reaction was to take our dog to their home with them so they could monitor him all night. I don't think they store the bins on top of crates anymore because of our pup.
