The staff here are friendly and I think that my dogs are well cared for. They do not come home stinky and dirty as they have at one of the other kennels in the area. We will definitely use this place again.

My dog loves Doggie Day Play. It’s been over two years and I am still happy I found a place where I feel comfortable.The staff is friendly and their interaction with the dogs is amazing.

We have boarded our 11 year old dog here for overnight stays while we're away since she was a puppy. For many years they were wonderful, however the past few times we have boarded our dog we've had concerns about her care. Today we picked her up and she had a cut on her head. The staff had not noticed and had no information about how it happened. More concerning, she had not been given her daily medication for several days. When we called and asked to speak to a manager we were told that they had been busy. This is unacceptable, and we will not be using this facility again.

We adopted (without knowledge) a troubled dog, earlier this year. The staff at Doggie Day Play listened to what my issues have been and have done everything they can to socialize our dog and make him comfortable. They are very nice and loving people. I love knowing our dog Riley, is well cared for when he's not with us. I highly recommend taking you dog here if you need day care. I know they offer overnight services as well. We have not yet used that service but plan to sometime when needed.

My dogs have previously stayed here on numerous occasions and I have been pleased with care. The most recent stay was TERRIBLE. Besides the terrible smell and chaos, the staff informed me my dogs need updated vaccines to be with other dogs. The staff stated they would give the vaccinations, however have no record of it. Additionally a number of additional fees for services not provided were added to the bill. We will not be returning here ever again.

I barely even know where to begin. This place is absolutely incredible. I took my dogs to them after several recommendations, and I was completely delighted to find how wonderful they are. They remember your dogs names!!! They are so helpful and even go so far as to hold the door open for me and greet my dogs with excitement. All of the staff LOVE dogs, and being able to watch your pets all day on the camera is just an added bonus. When I go to pick up my dogs, they are quick and hold the door open for me on the way out. One time I forgot all of my dogs overnight-stay-stuff, and they ran it out to my car for me. I have even seen their staff go get pets out of their owners cars for drop off!! Everyone is SO ATTENTIVE and care so much about the owners and the dogs. They are great about food and medications! My dogs come home exhausted after every visit and love the staff!!! Love this place. It is worth every penny!

I have used this day play for my dog for three years. My early experience was outstanding: the staff knew my dog; the facility was spotless; there was never an unpleasant odor. The last several times, my experience has been the opposite: staff evidence little concern for the dogs; the facility is unkempt; the facility smells of urine. When I picked up my dog today, five staff members were sitting at a table in the lobby of the facility, eating snacks and visiting. Dogs were barking loudly in the back rooms. My dog was removed from a holding room, not in the play area. He smelled of urine, requiring a bath when he returned home. I will not use this facility in the future.

We tried multiple times to really like this dog daycare, due to convince its on my way to work. However we have not returned after our 3rd visit. The front desk staff in the mornings are not very welcoming, at all! Brought up a miscommunication between the staff to the person at the front desk one morning, and she paused and with an attitude scoffed and said “okay!” That was the last straw, my dog wouldn’t play with the other dogs and just stayed by the handler you can tell he felt uneasy. He was nervous and stressed when I picked him up. (This was not his first time at a dog daycare. He had no issues at his previous dog daycare, we only tried this one due to convenience) However now I would rather do the drive and have a happy dog with welcoming staff and handlers! A male handler in the medium dogs play area was also seen being rough with a couple of dogs, so I didn’t stick around to wait and see if he would be rough with my dog. The reason for the 2 stars is, the one positive thing from this daycare is that Andrew the manager who was there when I would pick up is very welcoming and very informative. Any questions I had he would gladly answer me and update me on questions I had about my dog’s stay. If only the rest of the staff can be like Andrew! I should of listened to a friend who also was not satisfied with this daycare would of saved my dog a lot of stress.
