I had high hopes for this dog trainer, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They seemed more focused on showing off their methods than tailoring the training to my dog’s specific needs. My dog, who is usually friendly, ended up stressed and anxious after each session. The trainer was also dismissive of my concerns and rushed through explanations, leaving me confused about how to continue training at home. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone looking for a patient and understanding approach.

Our 100lb bulldog came out of Covid with some timid, nervous, antisocial habits and was almost impossible to walk. Contacting Neville and Dog Life Pro was the very best decision we could've possibly made for our dog. His behavior was night and day from our very first meet up.

Neville met our dog at his level (down on the ground) and made fast friends with a pup who happily followed every lead (every treat) and word of guidance he was given from his new coach. Within 2 visits (and some adjustments to what we used and how we used to walk him with and some ongoing patient practice) the walking issues (tugging, pulling, jumping at the leash and dragging me down the street) were almost completely corrected. Neville sent detailed information about our time together with helpful suggestions and links to some great articles to help us stay on the right path for training and has kept in touch with us over the past couple of years.

I can't say enough amazing things about our experiences with Neville & Dog Life Pro and have recommended him to a handful of my dog loving friends and would highly suggest anyone in need of a true "dog whisperer" should give them a try.

Neville is an amazing trainer. His belief is that training both the owner and the dog makes so much sense. I repeat his methods at home and as long as I repeat them enough and with praise/treats I’m successful.
I had 2 longer lessons and we were able to address many of my dog’s puppy bad habits. It takes work sticking to the lessons but it is so worth it.
I like that I’m given an email with a summary of our lesson. I always look back at he email for my own reinforcement.
I’m so pleased with Neville’s training methods. I intend to have future lessons to reinforce what we’ve learned.

I have a 16 mo old Doberman and a 5 yr old Beagle mix. They're both pretty vocal and each have their own personalities I needed some help with. My doberman loves jumping on the counters and obsessing over squirrels while my beagle loves to demand bark. Neville taught us great tricks to get their attention from doing unwanted behavior. My dogs responded to his methods really quickly and even my cat wanted some treats! I am still in progress with their training but so far its has helped so much! I highly recommend working with Neville.

Neville was amazing working with our dog, Milo. He not only exhibited patience and understanding while working with him, but he truly took the time to understand him. Neville taught us to read Milo's body language in order to know what his needs are. Instead of training him and leaving, he left us prepared to give consistent and knowledgeable instruction that Milo understands. I would highly recommend him for anyone's dog training needs.

Dancing&Dogs

Called in about my 90lb German Shepard. Hard to control him on walks and he was lunging and barking at other dogs. Neville was very responsive and asked questions before we met up. I can’t even believe this...but after one session with Neville, my shepherds’ behavior has substantially improved. Learned excellent tips and was very impressed with the professionalism. Extremely pleased with Dog Life Pro and their services.
Side note— this is a great thing to do during covid as all the behavior issues were addressed outdoors. And we socially distanced.

Neville and Regina were awesome! We were nervous leaving our "babies", but Neville was very reassuring to us. My 2 dogs seemed to really enjoy their time spent at their house. We received daily text message updates with photos and videos of our bulldogs antics! We will definitely be using Neville again soon for our dog sitting needs.

Neville and his wife did an excellent job caring for our dog, Brandy. Brandy is pretty timid and had some issues with going potty outside because of the first snowfall, and they were extremely patient with her and understanding. Neville kept in touch with me and provided me with updates and pictures while we were away, which was great to have. Brandy had fun playing in their yard, going for walks, and snuggling on the couch. We were very pleased with her care and know that she was treated like part of the family. We highly recommend Neville and his wife and would definitely have them watch Brandy again!
