My husband fell and fractured his shoulder. After a stay in the hospital he was transferred to Diamond Ridge Rehab. The care he received there was exceptional. The staff is all very friendly and caring. One particular CNA, Esmound was wonderful. He was so attentive and caring, never seemed to become stressed or upset about anything that he was asked to do. This is the care everyone should receive. He treated my husband as if he were family. The nurse, Trinity, was wonderful as well. She was very friendly and polite. Nothing we asked was ever too much. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Diamond Ridge Rehab.

5 stars for the caregivers at Diamond Ridge! My mom had great care from her caregivers at Diamond Ridge and she made a lot of good friends. She has passed away recently. 0 stars for the billing department. I have been reaching out to the billing department to finalize my mom’s estate. No one calls me back EVER! I have left messages for billing matters in the past and guess what? NO ONE has ever called me back. I don’t even know their name. Diamond Ridge needs to discuss this with whoever does their billing. Just so frustrating!

Very good facility. Most of staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Want to give high praise to Simon. He was exceptional. Very caring. I recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab. Actually a shout out to the PT and Ot staff. I believe her name is Daria. Extremely caring. Also high praise to Esmound the Cna. Wonderful person.

Upon entry I requested directions to the room number of my church member. A male employee/nurse pointed in the direction and followed by a derogatory comment. I did not appreciate it. While trying to leave the two nurses at the desk did not pay attention to our presence and had to be asked twice to open the door for our departure.

My mom has only been here 2 days but so far she's very happy with the staff and the food. She's picky so i was worried. I visited last night and the staff really are wonderful. The place is beautiful, explicitly clean without any kind of smell. The grounds are well kept and peaceful for those who are able to go outside. So far I'm thrilled that she's getting such amazing care.

My wife had to spend six weeks at diamond ridge rehab. At first I was worried about it not sure what to expect from the facility. It only took a couple of days before I realized that it was the best place that my wife could ever be. When I first step through the doors the place was fresh everybody that I passed said hello and we're very kind. Anybody that I passed that was staying there for any length of time was smiling and talking with each other and very happy. There are no words to express how awesome the place really is if I had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to say it was 100. The nursing staff was awesome all of the AIDS were there for us whenever we needed them. The food was really great they do a really good service for breakfast lunch and dinner. Everybody in physical therapy were very kind they took their time they listen to anything that was said and took care to make sure everything was okay. I personally want to thank Courtney for setting everything up for us so when we got home we had the equipment that we needed the physical training services were all set up she did an absolute awesome job helping us out thank you so much. It's nice to know that if something happened and my wife had to go back and I couldn't be there everyday that they would take really good care of her and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Everybody did a stellar job thank you so much
