My first experience with Diablo View Veterinary Medical hospital. I was very pleased with the staff there attentiveness and concerned of the well-being of my dog. I would recommend you guys highly. To any dog owner Who's pet is in critical back or leg pain. This my 4yr old dogo Just found out that he has A pinch nerve in his spine between his shoulders and neck. So we are seeing the chiropractor this week.

Dr. Oliveira and the hospital manager, Linda, as well as the rest of the staff worked professionally, efficiently and kindly to help me get to the bottom of my dog's health crisis and not feel so alone. I cannot recommend Diablo View Vet enough! I've been bringing my dog (and now cat) here for a few visits, and every appointment has been great. From the moment you walk in, the front office staff is so welcoming and friendly. They actually seem happy to see you and your fur baby, which is a nice change of pace. They're organized and efficient, so checking in is a breeze.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. They're always so patient with all my questions (since there can be a lot of them), and I never feel rushed during the appointments. You can tell they really know their stuff by how comfortable my animals are with them and the vet techs are just as awesome - they're skilled and so gentle with my pets.

Now, I've seen some comments about them requiring a credit card on file, which they do in an effort to hold people accountable for actually showing up to the appointment. But honestly, if you plan to be respectful of their time and show up, I feel like it really shouldn't be a concern....Plus, they always review any and all costs with you during the appointment and give you the freedom to accept, decline of postpone which treatments you want for your pet, without any pressure or judgment.

I've actually switched vets before because of rude front office staff, so I can really appreciate how much of a difference it makes when Diablo View goes above and beyond to make you feel valued. This clinic has definitely set a new standard for customer service in my vet world.

Overall, like I started with, I can't recommend this vet enough. They're the whole package - a friendly and efficient front office, knowledgeable and caring vets and techs, a clean facility, and a transparent and respectful approach to pricing. Thank you DVV!

What an amazing hospital. The customer service folks were very polite, receptive, and extremely kind. We didn't haven't to wait long and the doctor saw us very quickly after a very thorough intake. Dr. Oleveira was also very thorough and did a spectacular job asking about my pup and providing guidance for the best outcome for her. I really appreciated the thoughtfullness of the staff and the overall experience of the hospital was excellent.

This vet can be a little more expensive than other vets but the old adage you get what you pay for holds true. I have been with Dr. Beebee and staff over the years for 31+ years. Having a zoo crew of my own and doing rescue work, this vet has been absolutely instrumental in the incredible care and longevity of so many of my dogs, cats and foster dogs and cats. The staff is incredibly nice and caring. They are always current and up-to-date on the latest procedures, vaccines, meds and scientific ideology about pet care. The fact they have offered Chiropractic for years with Dr. Jacobsen just shows you their wellness mandate. Dr. J is awesome and an incredible asset to this practice. Dr. J has helped so many of my dogs, cats and fosters over the years to maintain good skeletal health and overall wellness. I can't say enough good things about Diablo View.

I understand the policy, you want to bill a credit card if a ‘new customer’ is a no show, I recommend working on the delivery of this message. It’s out of the normal for a non specialist and the delivery of it was so poor, I elected to go somewhere else, showed up there, my animal was diagnosed, I paid my bill (two visits) and left. I called Diablo View first.

My babies Snoop and Charlie have been well taken care of. Snoop was actually paralyzed and we brought him in for chiropractic care and he began walking again. Everyone there knows my dogs by name and welcome them each time. Its clean and the staff are amazing.
