I just Wana share my opinion on this facility. I have never met such great folks that only took the time to asses me but actually see my pain and actually took time and patience with me . I was outraged mean and so fcked up to these people and they didn't quit on me. I Wana apologize not only for my actions but to tell you guys how great of a facility you guys have. The ones who I got to speak to and your staff is amazing. You guys train your staff so well and whoever most of them are they have been great of their treatment. I Wana take time to thank the women at water place rehab outpatient program these women gave me life and never stop caring and to the doctors in Einstein medical center if you people don't change how ya work ya will never fail the community. The people who complain about you guys are the people who still DONT WANT HELP. I was addicted to herione and when I came to this hospital I was so mean to the aides and RNs and these women didn't turn their backs on me they trail blaze it and didn't stop I even had one lady sit and cry with me and and hugged me and told me to pray to God and I did. I don't remember her name but if you guys can find these women and tell them I thank them so much I would appreciate it. This staff has changed my life forever ♾️ and I just Wana thank them cause when I got home my world was turned upside down but this staff help me get out of this drug and I know it's all starts with me but in order to actually get clean you need a team and if I would have ever told myself I was gonna go through it again I would go back to this hospital cause this was the first staff that actually cared and actually didn't turn me away . Thank you to all you guys and I pray you guys continue to make miracles in people's lives ❤️🤗🙏🏾

Hi,my daughter Christine has been there since Wednesday night.She just called and said no one is helping her.There are no group meetings and she hasn't seen a social worker.Shes just stays in bed all day.What is going on? She was told she could bring clothes to wear but she can only wear scrubs.Does not sound like thete is any structure at all.Was hoping she would get good help but it doesn't seen like it at all.What is going on with that place?

My mother was accepted into a long term rehab and was scheduled to leave ACI at 8 in the morning. When the cab arrived for pick up ACI informed my mom they LOST HER CELL PHONE AND HER WALLET !!! Because of their incompatence, she was not able to leave on time, and eventually she lost the bed at the long term facility and are being told ACI will "see" if they can keep her there until they are able to find her another bed somewhere else. This is not only disgusting but ridiculous as people go to the facility for help and all they give their patients are anxiety and stess. Not to mention now NO ONE is answering the phones.

If you have any other options; use them! ACI was better when it was in Manhatten(the food and medication). BK ACI is A hot mess. But it’s soo bad it makes you never want to use again!😭 Ms. Williams & Ms. Davenport truly just want to see you get your life together and most of the nurses on the 4th floor are very nice.
