The girl with long blonde hair was very rude when we ask questions about why a cockatoo bird that was over plucking his feather, very sad the way the bird looked and her attitude made it worse and it seems like she didn’t care, the other 2 girls that helped us later were a lot nicer!
Some people shouldn’t work with animals and customers service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were so friendly and great with the kids and their questions! They were great letting the girls hold the birds and making sure they were comfortable with every step of it! And very helpful in getting our fish tank set up correctly!

The staff at Dee's is so friendly and helpful. They have great products for fish keepers and plenty of treats for your doggos, as well! (plus something for basically every critter you might have at home ?) Love having a local fish store I can count on to be honest and helpful, and they are always doing things to improve the shop and provide for their customers.

We stopped in out of curiosity, and my first instinct was they have too many reptiles, and in enclosures that are too small.
That was nothing because my son saw a worker slap a bunny.

My daughter got a betta fish and supplies from here and the lady working was Great! Very friendly and sweet to my daughter! Will be going bank for pet supplies and because we both love to pet the big friendly tortoise they have!

I’m very concerned about the animals here, specially about the birds after reading other reviews, also had bad interaction with one of the staff she was very rude, she had a nasty attitude when ask questions about the one bird, I don’t know her name (blonde hair girl).

The staff is always wonderful been going here for several years they have definitely grown a bit I would recommend this place. Between the friendly staff and the cute animals they have. Their animals are healthy and well taken care of while in their care.

This is the worst pet store I have ever been to. I Purchased birds and they died within one week. The birds I purchase infected the other birds that I already had and one of those died as well. My niece and a few other friends have purchased from there with the same results… They die. do not buy from D’s pet store in Marion Illinois. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the county.
