Debbie and her crew are saints! I love bringing Nala here because they’re so kind to her and always look out for her well being. It’s easy to tell how hard they work to make sure the pups look their best and everything is stress free, not to mention how accommodating they’ve been. I recommend Debbie to everyone I know and wouldn’t think twice about going anywhere else. See for yourself and give em a call!

My mom took my brand new rescue poodle in to have his nails trimmed. She stayed with him during the trimming because we were worried he’d be scared. Debbie was doing his trimming and she was very rough with him even though he’s disabled with two limp back legs.
She raised her voice and told him to shut up more than once. My mom witnessed it all. Debbie is lucky I wasn’t there. He’s gentle, he weighs ten pounds and he doesn’t bite so this was way out of line for a scared rescue pup to have to deal with on his first trimming.
If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on my disabled dog.

Debbie and her staff are amazing with animals. They not only have a joy and compassion for them, but our experience in dealing with basic needs and issues. Debbie’s pet grooming is definitely more than just a groomer. They are animal Enthusiasts. I started taking our first dog Bella to Debbie’s in 2014. After moving out of the area To Simi Valley I had started grooming elsewhere because of the distance, but as Bella aged, I ended up back at Debbie’s and trusted her and her staff with their amazing service and knowledge of animals. We are also taking our dog Baby to Debbie’s. Thank you for all the service and hard work. You are without a doubt, a top notch, groomer, and business.

I informed Debbie upon my arrival that my dog, a rescue, was slow to warm up to strangers, and she might try to nip. Debbie said not to worry, she would work with her and everything would be fine and it was. She is certainly my new groomer.

I have been a loyal customer of Debbie's for the past two years. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed and concerned.

During my last visit, my dog was returned to me with a significant cut on his paw pad. I'm sorry not a cut, a large slice that surely caused him to scream immediately. He was bleeding profusely, and no one at the grooming salon informed me of this incident. While I understand that accidents can happen, I expected a level of professionalism where they would at least administer first aid and inform me of the situation immediately. Instead, I discovered the injury only after my dog started bleeding all over my car.

Despite this incident, I chose not to make a big issue out of it. I planned to quietly take my business elsewhere. However, when I recently needed copies of my last two invoices for my new insurance plan, I encountered further problems. I made multiple phone calls requesting these documents and was repeatedly assured they would be emailed to me. Days went by, weeks and now months with no emails, and eventually, my calls were ignored or met with rudeness. I was told to pick up the invoices, but when I called to see if I could pick them up they informed me they didn't have them and hung up on me.

As someone who works in customer service, I approached these interactions calmly and politely, but I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior. Being treated with such disrespect is unacceptable for any customer, let alone one who has been consistently loyal and generous with tips.

I am appalled at the way Debbie's handled both my dog's injury and my subsequent request for invoices. Their lack of transparency, care, and courtesy is deeply troubling. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as no customer or pet should be treated in this manner. I have quite a few friends in the area who are dog trainers and vet techs and I have always referred them to this groomer but now I will be informing them of my experience.

I Love Debbie’s ! My dog Baby is well over 100 pounds, has hair that can be 4 inches long, and tends to mat easily. When Baby comes out of there she always looks like 1 million bucks! …Even when I haven’t taken her in a while they go over and above to get her looking like a star!
