Hotel mas corriente con olor a cigarro y marihuana en todo el pasillo y los cuartos con olor a cigarro no recomiendo este hotel para nada mucho menos si llegas con tu familia mala experencia

Not sure about the metal(?) bed frames, though. They rumble when you move and echo from other rooms.. It's been newly renovated but still needs some work. The bathroom above us leaked through the ceiling overnight. Soaked my wife's purse. Aside from some obvious mold stains on the shower wall, the room was clean. I didn't see the roaches that so many complained about, and our non-smoking room did not smell like an ashtray. So that's a plus. If not for the leak in the bathroom, I would have given a better rating.

The room was fine but I asked for one on the quiet side of the building and got one on the noisy side of the building. Loud mufflers and trucks kept me awake all night. Then the breakfast was supposed to be offered from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and by 7:45 they were out of scrambled eggs which they did not replenish. I heard the front desk telling another guest at 8:00 a.m. that they were not going to replenish the eggs. If you're fine with cold cereal and milk this is the breakfast for you. If you want protein like eggs find another place unless you want to get there first thing.

One of the worst hotels I have been to. When I walked in to the hotel heading to my room, it smelled like marijuana, right in my face. Walk into the room, the door did not automatically close; which I am not used to, I had to really push the door to close. Immediately had a horrible smell, I could not describe- like a wet smell but as I stayed there longer- some spots in room smelled like dog. The shower curtain had what looked like mold stains on it , I noticed it while I showered. Towels had many stains on them, the pillows!!! Omg, I did not notice the stains on 3/4 of the pillows until I woke at 3 AM. The bathroom sink was dirty, hair on the toilet.The wall outlets didn’t work and the lamp charger port barely charged my phone. I decided to just leave, my right eye is very irritated and I really hope I’m not getting pink eye or something. I only stayed because I’ve been traveling and was really tired and a refund was not possible. Very disappointed, I’ll sleep in my car before I go back there. For $161, it was wasted.

This hotel has been renovated and it is very nice! Very easy check in and staff was very nice! It is located around tons of shopping and food and doesn’t feel unsafe at all! We were very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Positive: The staff were very friendly. There was an issue with the room, and their solution was to move us to another room. Not only were they very accommodating about moving us, because we were going to be gone the all day, they moved our items for us! Negative: The water pressure was terrible - I never felt that I got completely clean

We checked in and our first room was infested with roaches so they gave us a new room we had a concert to go to but when we returned we realized the new room had ants and the sheets and comforters were filthy. The room had someone else’s trash still in the room. We had to go get all new bedding and remake our beds at 12:30 at night. Absolutely unacceptable.

Its in a great location off of Seigen lane. Close to everything, but it's hidden enough that you'll pass it up if you're not paying attention. The pool is actually clean and clear, unlike every other hotel around here. The staff are wonderful. Very kind and always helpful
