I started buying from Datz before they even had a storefront. I've NEVER had an issue with quality or customer service. It's awesome to see someone starting with a hobby and turning it into a successful business! They have expanded beyond African Cichlids, and I'm so happy they did. Mostly, I've purchased Cichlids, but I have also purchased two Axolotls! These folks know what they are doing and are always happy to answer your questions. The bottom line is, if you're looking for a great selection and store that actually has knowledge about their animals, then don't pass them up! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Their knowledge, selection and service are all 5 star. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They really care. I drove over 2 hours to visit and will continue to do so. They really fit my personality here.

Amazing place all animal are very well kept and maintained if you are a geckos or fish person this is the place for you just picked up this beautiful snowy leopard gecko these guys are great people and great help on any questions needed for care on reptiles would recommend this place to everybody

We drove 3 hours just to see the stock, and did not regret it even a bit. It was such a pleasurable experience we decided to make the trip again only weeks later. If you live anywhere within 5 hours(or more), you are making a mistake by not stocking your tanks with Datz stock. The overall health, color, and genetics of their stock is of the best I’ve ever seen. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to stop in.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I started coming here once a week about a year ago to get food for my snake, we recently got a second snake and I still come here for their food. We also got an axolotl here and we have never had any issues with her. This place takes amazing care if all of their animals and can also answer just about any questions you have about any of their animals (and help with advice on your own animals) 10/10 would recommend.
