Lovely, caring staff. Brought our little gal in. Poor thing looked neglected. Her first all out grooming other than a trim at the Vet and some lite trimming at home. She came home happy and adorable! And, the staff their was the best! See them again in 3 weeks!

Simba our large orange kitty recently visited Dana Point Grooming & Pet Spa, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He was shaved like a lion and looked absolutely adorable. Not only did he smell amazing, but his ears were also cleaned thoroughly, and he got a perfect nail trim. The groomer is hands down the best ever.

My doggies love going there and seeing groomer Diane! I don’t know how she does it because one of the dogs is VERY high strung and I can’t even trim around his eyes. But somehow she is able to give him a beautiful haircut.

Alma is excellent! The entire grooming experience was wonderful! My 5lb old maltipoo was so happy! The only place she was not afraid to be at because 2 other shops had cut her.
They have great customer service! The entire staff is wonderful!

I am pretty unhappy at the service and unprofessionalism of this establishment.

It took them over 24 hours to return my voicemail to schedule an appointment, when I mentioned this the person on the other end didn't even acknowledge it and continued to ask questions about my dog. I ended up taking my German Shepherd in for a bath, deshed, and nail trim. The communication was not there from start to finish. I was given absolutely no notes of her visit when I picked her up, just a simple payment taken, and my dog returned to my possession from a smile-less groomer. It turns out they only shaved her back pads and didn't clip nails but split a few minorly. I was not told this at all and had the most unhappy dog who sulked for hours after her appointment. I'm not sure what happened for the three hours they had her but I will not ever return to this business.
