Although, their website states their hours as 7 to 5, in reality, they are open from 8 to 4. When I went to pick up my puppy at 7:45, I was met by a rude woman who insisted that I was to early to get my dog. When I pointed out the hours of operation taped on their office window, she became very snappy towards me!

I left my dog there for a few days while in Kentucky. I get a call saying they can’t find out dog and our dog is MISSING. They have not helped look for our dog. She has been missing for 48 hours with no luck. They haven’t contacted us since, besides to ask us to pay them!! Do not ever take your dog here.

We had a poor experience with this kennel. The receptionist was rude from the beginning, but we didn’t want to judge the entire place based off of one person’s poor customer service. When my in-laws dropped the dogs off, they said the lady was rude again, refused to take the dogs blankets, and said we packed way too much food (which was portioned into baggies based on each serving they normally eat). They said the entire place smelled of urine and when it was time to leave, the lady yanked on one of the dogs collars, dragging her to the back. My mother-in-law said she felt so bad that she wanted to pick them up on Sunday, so when she called to arrange this, they told her they aren’t open on sundays and that she could not pick them up. When asked who takes care of the dogs on Sunday, the lady replied “someone will be in and out.” I’m very dissatisfied with this kennel and will not be bringing our dogs back.

The folks at Paxton Vet know how to care for a pup and make them feel welcome. My dog has pretty severe separation anxiety and I'm rather certain he didn't want to leave when I showed up to get him. The kennel attendant joked that I was having a rougher time being away on vacation than the dog. 14/11 every single time.

For clients of the veterinary clinic only $12 a Day. I love this clinic, rates are very reasonable. Did I mention only $12.00 a day for boarding?

My dog was filthy when i picked her up and front staff is a bit rude and stand off ish. Definitely didn’t feel the most comfortable.

I have been taking my pets here scince the 1980's Excellent care always! Staff is always caring and friendly to all out pets as well as us. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets.
