I want to highly commend and praise Sirlina, my husband’s Social Worker. She is the absolute best. She took her time to make sure I was well informed and made us felt welcomed. Not only did Sirlina answer all of my needs, cares, concerns and questions, she took the extra steps to take me to meet all the people that will be personally taking care of my husband.. Everything that I requested, for my husband, Sirlina made sure I received it in a matter of minutes. She just doesn’t sit behind her desk, she is truly hands on with her patients and a pleasure and very easy to communicate with. The staff overall is great and I feel at ease when I leave my husband in Sirlina’s, Social Worker and the staff’s care. I highly recommend.

There are no words to pay all those staff and nurses on the second floor while I was there, especially Mrs.Josephine. She was very attentive and present when you needed her. I want only the best for all the staff and the physical therapist. Everyone was very nice. I have nothing bad to say. They were GREAT doing their job. Thank God for everything they did for me.

Just would like to Thank Sirlina R. In admissions for all her hard work and effort she made in making my mom comfortable. She listened to every detail I expressed to her in regard to my mom and I love that. Thank you for making my mom’s admission process smooth, words cant express how grateful I am to come across someone so caring and understanding!

Only 3 days at the center and my husband almost died. He was having shortness of breath and vomiting. Person named John put an oxygen tank on and closed the door leaving him in distress. Luckily he had his phone so he called 911. When EMS came the EMT said the tank had no air!! On top of that , no one called the family to let us know he was transferred to the hospital! I was very hopeful about this place when he went… but I would never send my enemy there.. you hear about nursing home horror stories but this one was just heartless, careless, and disappointing. So be aware!!!

Temporarily placing my mother in a nursing home was the hardest things to do. However, the staff at this facility has been nothing short of amazing, from caring for my mother to helping me get 24 hrs care for her. They made my mother feel very loved. From the first day of admission I was greeted by Sirlina, she reassured me that my mother was in good hands and she was right. I was also greeted by the Heather the social worker who helped me with the tedious process of receiving home care. They definitely made this process easy!

I just wanted to thank the nurses and staff on the second floor who have been very helpful and patient with my grandmother since she has been admitted. It has not been easy placing my grandmother there, but when I spoke to Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Josephine I knew she was being taken care of by people who love and care about the patients wellbeing. From the moment I started visiting my grandmother my worries started to fade. Mrs. Mrs. Josephine is always smiling and has a warm energy whenever I see her. Mrs. Davis always checks up on me whenever I visit my grandmother, to make sure she is well and taken care of. I know this job cannot be easy, but every time I see her work and interact with patients it inspires me to pursue nursing. I'm very thankful to have nurses like her watching over my grandmother.

My relative is new here to CHCNR and so far the service and patient care has been exploratory. While we have yet to experience the physical therapy facilities downstairs but can’t wait until we do.

This place has one of the best social worker who knows her work and always ready to help. I can't thank enough Sirlina for helping my mother big time. Crown heights should be proud of these employee who are competent at their job.
