I was no-showed twice yesterday for my virtual appt & then again, for a third time today... just a moment ago. I am very concerned as I have no meds left & it's almost the weekend.

NOT EVEN ONE(1) phone call/email or text from the doctors office yet even though I have left numerous messages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office due to their lack of professionalism & because of how unorganized this entire practice is, across the board.

This place has been great, easy to get appointments, don't have long waiting times, whole staff is friendly, Dr makes sure you are comfortable. Feels good to be clean and have a doctor that takes the time with you.

Super good place to go they actually care and show it and are involved but yet at the same time super easy ro get things done. I have progressed very well. I move here from Tennessee came to Virginia found crossroads on line. Loved it ever since 6 months now 2 years in TN plus this 6 makes 2 and half years clean. Awesome

The staff, and doctors at Crossroads are absolutely amazing and caring people. They have not only supported me through my sobriety they have also helped me fix other area's in my life. Whether it be my health or even going to the dentist. They truly care about you and your health and show you they do every visit. I cant Express how grateful I am to have their support and help through all of this. They are absolutely the BEST.

I’ve been going to Cross Roads Treament Center for about 8 months now. And I absolutely love it there. The staff is so amazing. From the time I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The doctors and staff are the best I have ever experienced. They definitely put there heart and souls into helping each and everyone of us!!! If you know somebody that needs help, I would recommend Cross Roads Treament Center to anybody needing help

I wanted to say why I was leaving this review (something I don't normally do) is because of just having a horrible experience with a doctor/treatment center and for 4 weeks being under the care of the absolute worse physician and staff that is out there (I should have read the reviews first!)....I came to Crossroads and Dr. Wolf nervous, worried, scared, but I left feeling- hopeful, stable, happy, and knowing now I'm in good hands. I've been in treatment for 11 years and had given up on things I just didn't think were possible anymore but Dr. Wolf completely changed my mind. I didn't fail before, I just wasn't receiving the correct treatment. I'm so glad I called Crossroads Treatment Center.
