I have battled an opiate addiction for over half of my life. I finally chose to get help and go to crossroads for some help, and from the first time I stepped foot in their doors, they have gone above and beyond to help me. I have always had the best experience at crossroads and I feel like because I am so comfortable there, it has helped me overcome the battle of going back and forth between being sober and being an addict. If my experience there wasn't as good as it has been, I feel like I might not have stuck it out and I might not be here today. My life would probably look a lot different than it does now. I am so happy with the way my life is, and I don't want to ever change that and go back to the way I was living before, because that isn't a life or battle that anyone deserves to go through. I feel like I finally have my life back since I started going to crossroads. I'm no longer stuck in the constant cycle and battle of addiction and I feel like my life is finally normal again. Going there has truly saved my life and I am forever grateful for that and I absolutely recommend going to crossroads to anyone I know that is battling addiction. They are truly out here saving lives and giving people the normalcy of living a life that doesn’t revolve around their addiction anymore.

The staff is very nice and helpful.
The only problem I'm having is with my gas checks. I've been going to the clinic for a month now, but I still haven't started getting my gas reimbursement checks. I guess that is probably on my insurance company not the clinic.

I've always had a positive experience at crossroads treatment center. Both physicians (Cindy and Ray) are amazing and caring. You aren't just a dollar sign to them. They don't rush you along to the next patient and the counselors build a wonderful relationship with you to where you're comfortable really opening up to them. The facility helps hold you accountable, which in turn helps you work your recovery in a positive way. They are a part of my recovery safety net and I'm glad to have them on my team.

If you want to get clean and stay clean, this is the place to go. Everyone, from the counselors to the office staff, to the doctors, Everyone makes you feel welcome and you can feel their support for you. They really are behind you. A great group of people. I'm not one to post, and I was nervous about coming in the first time, but they all put me at ease, and there's really no judgment. That means a lot to someone trying to do right. I know there are 2 sides, the Suboxone side is the only side of the building I have experience with. The entire staff are a blessing to me.

I'm very thankful for the crossroads clinic in Danville, they have been a major help to my life. The whole team! My doctor whom, is awesome btw, Dr, Mercado goes above and beyond for his patients. Just recently this past Thursday I was there and he said to me " I am going to make sure that you get your medicine either by the end of the evening or in the morning." He finished with, As your Doctor I'm going to stay, I get off at 3 but I'm willing to stay bc I have to make sure my patients have their medication" I just couldn't believe he would do that, and stay at work. Most Doctors will not do that! They leave and wait until the next day or possibly even longer! Not Dr Mercado!! He is such a kind, caring person. Dr Mercado is very near and dear to my heart we've laughed together and he's been there when I was crying as well so I have much much respect for my Doctor, Dr, Ray mercado and my long time advisor/counsel Mrs, Rosenbaum whom is my counselor she is a very knowledgeable lady and I've known her since 2009. She is also a very kind and caring person very compassionate and understanding. I would like to give a Biiiig Thank you, to The Danville Crossroads treatment centers of The piedmont. To The team there you guys are a blessing to have in my life🙏, to everyone at The Crossroads Treatment center in Danville, ✋ push up!!! I recommend the clinic to anyone that truly desires to become and remain sober. It only works if u want it. If one wants it bad enough they will be successful in getting sober. It's the need to be clean and sober 'for me' first of all, my family and my higher power 🙏 Id like to thank as well!! I give 5 stars, I recommend the crossroads treatment centers of the piedmont Suboxone treatment program. It works!!! 👍

Still without a doubt the best facility! All the staff are so very helpful. As long as you follow the rules and are on the level with everyone they WILL help you and get your life to a manageable level.... in the LEAST! They are great Christian people with hearts of gold! They are dedicated to what they do and if they aren't able to help you they'll find someone who can....guaranteed! I thank God for their hands in my life every day! Truly they care!

Once you get threw intake and work your way up to the right dosage, you'll definitely see the improvement. Most places don't care about our recovery and addiction but I can say that everyone here, actually cares and always has your back! Definitely the place to go if your serious about your recovery.

Update: Still saving mine an my boyfriends life October 2nd will be 5 years of being sober an it feels amazing, thanks to this place an its stafe...

Love this place they saved mine an my boyfriends life 38 months ago an we still are clean still today 3 years an 2 months later. The staff is amazing an my counselor she's the bomb, they also don't judge you if you make a mistake or anything. I could keep going but I'll stop here for now. Thank you Crossroads Treatment Center for everything
