Big shout out to Critters Pet Shop, especially Alan. Thank you for making the transition process as easy as possible. We dropped off two guinea pigs to be "hopefully" adopted soon. Anyone interested? I think Smores and Butterscotch are in good hands until they find a new permanent home.

Very good store, well-groomed animals. It is obvious that the owners of the store care about them. The consultant is very kind and competent in all matters. Who wants to buy an animal, make sure that before buying a pet, a cozy place is ready for it where it will live, and food. Or all this can be bought in the store on the spot. The owners worry about the animal being safe and comfortable, this is important, and for this respect. Although, unfortunately, at the last moment my plans changed, and I was not able to buy a rabbit, as planned. But the staff did absolutely everything at the highest level. Thank you.

They don't have dogs anymore, but the store is clean and has a variety of small house pets, food, and bedding/terrarium fillers. Friendly staff. My kids enjoyed looking around after lunch one day.

This place is amazing and I love the store layout, the staff is super friendly and helpful every time I drop in. They helped me with a bioactive ball python setup for my enclosure from a ball python that I bought as a rescue from their store. I also love how they take in rescue pets for adoption and rehoming and support helping animals to find new loving homes, it makes my heart happy!! It is for sure my go-to pet store over any others! ( Also, Normie is super happy ? )

Change of ownership and strip mall location have not been positive. Went in today to try and find supplies for my rabbit and the only "employee" I could find is what I can only assume is the store cat as it was roaming freely. I was in the store for nearly 5 minutes and never saw an employee. There are cages everywhere and some animals being housed in storage totes....even if I could have gotten to the small animal area with all the cages in the way, the selection has drastically decreased.
