Once again Creative Clips saved the day when my dog Goose rolled in manure while on a walk. He was glistening and very stinky. I called them immediately when I realized it was more than I could handle in a wash. This is the second time they made it worked, stated bring him right in, we will take care of it. 9 washes later, blown dried, I had a clean dog. My gratitude for their flexibility and help is huge. I own Bernese Mountain Dogs and I trust them completely with their ability to handle my dogs. I also have a Great Pyrenees mix, she loves to get pampered by them.

The cuts are excellent but the price is too expensive. We've been going here for a long time and finally just said we can't afford it anymore. Our dogs have been treated well, look and smell great. I tried telling the desk it was getting too expensive and he just responded with, well this is the rate. I tried reaching out privately but had no luck getting a response.
For reference: We paid $140/cut + tip for our old English Sheepdog, who is never extremely matted and gets cut every 8 weeks.

Followed my groomer from her previous employer. My dogs live her and the salon is not that far from my home. I am very satisfied with the work Felicia does, especially cutting Diesels nails. She has a way with him. Zoey my shih tzu mix looks great when she is finished?

We have gone to several grooming places. I must say our pups loved the groomers there and when we got them back, they looked so handsome. The best grooming they have ever gotten. Deffinetly will go back again. The price was reasonable but the quality excellent. Deffinetly 5 stars.

They did a great job grooming my mini AussieDoodle especially for his first time with them. He’s quite barky but friendly otherwise. The groomer listened to our request for a puppy cut but not too short (I was worried about my dog’s coat ending up too short like other reviews.) Pricing is a bit high at $75 but we don’t like changing groomers on our dog (for familiarity reasons) so we’ll be back.

OMG this place is a game changer for us!! $20 for a nailtrim and filing! Cutting my pets nails is the most stressful part of being a dog owner for me. I am so thankful for this business!

I am sorry but my husband Norman and I feel we have to do this: We give creative clips three stars instead of the five stars I have previously given, because of what happened last weekend. I have been bringing my two small Chevalier King Charles spaniels to them for most of their fifteen and a half years of life for grooming. We have never taken them any other place. The dogs have always been excited when they get there and the people were gentle and loving and handled them with care. They were always cute and clean when they were finished.
This past weekend I brought them in at 7:30 as usual and about a hour later I received a call stating that their ears were very matted and "would it be okay to cut them short". I said that was fine. When When I got the call that they were ready around 9:00 I told them I would be there in about forty-five minutes. I arrived about 10:00 and they were brought out to me looking cute as ever. However, the person who brought them out suggested that the experience was "too stressful for them" and I should consider a " mobile grooming unit". I contemplated that for a few minutes and decided at this later stage of life I would rather stay with Creative Clips and with what they knew. I followed her to the counter and told her I would rather stay with Creative clips and that is when she said " I must have misunderstood" as they no longer wanted to groom my girls. I was taken aback and took the card she offered with the contact information for a mobile groomer.
As I was driving home I was very upset that they would drop us after all these years of being loyal customers. What has changed? This is not the place it used to be. What about being loyal to your customers? I would have paid extra for the extra time and help needed to groom the girls but it wasn't offered as an option. I do not take giving reviews lightly and only do it if I feel strongly. It took a lot of thought and consideration before I decided that anyone who treats their pets as family would choose to let others know how this entire experience felt.

Julie always does a great job on our Bella! She always smells so good after, love the shampoo they use, she always looks neat and adorable. Everyone there, that I have had interactions with, are friendly and kind. Love having a place in town that I trust with our girl!
