In my past experiences, buying a pet was always a happy occasion. Unfortunately your staff decided to ruin that for us today. Waited 20mins to talk to the worker about buying a few fish. During our wait she just talked to one guy the entire time. We verbally made note that we had some questions. She then proceeded to dissappear for another 20 mins.. we stood at her post the entire time holding a snow shovel right where the other cashier could see us. She waited until we left the store to resume her post.. only giving one star because I can't give zero. You've lost a repeat costumer with this blatant disrespect. The other cahier wasn't any more accommodating about the situation either. Very disappointed.

Ordered a fish from here told it was going to be at the store in a week just for a week later to go there and them tell me they don’t have try again next week and the same thing happen again every time I get fish from here they seem to be sick I refuse to buy fish from here now and a lot of their fish tanks HAVE DEAD FISH in them kind of disgusting

Quit buying animals from these people, and any shop for that matter. Remember when ferrets use to be $200 (which was still an insane price) Now, they are charging between $350-$400. Claiming that "now they come with a rabies shot" (which shouldn't be done before 6 weeks of age) Not to mention, a rabies shot costs 30 bucks at Tractor Supply. Marshall's & these shops are making a killing off the people paying these prices. So let's put a stop to it. If we pay these prices it's as though we are supporting and agreeing that this price gouging/inflation is ok. People want to love and care for these animals that the breeders and shops could care less for. So lower the price tag so that people can do so, because this is ridiculous. And what's also sad, is that the longer they sit there and older they get, the less people will want them. Stop pricing animals this way so they can end up in good homes.

I love the large variety of pet toys, treats, & food for everything from gerbils to horses! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They honor prices (they forgot to take a sale sign down when it ended, but gave me the item for sale price) & they have great sales

Alyssa and Jenny were fantastic at answering questions and listening to what I was looking for and just being overall superb people. Absolutely 100% fantastic customer service and I wished I lived closer because I'd shop here permanently if I could!

My only negative is they have phenomenal setups for all the animals... except the betta fish. Maybe they're planning on putting them in a better location to meet their needs soon? I should have asked. It was rather disappointing to see tropical fish in tiny unheated cups when all the other animals were in special rooms with proper tanks.

That's not the employee's fault though, and other than that the store was clean and had great prices to boot! Will be back whenever I have the chance!

I called two separate occasions to order some fish and another time to see if they'd be interested in some aquarium snails I have an abundance of. I was promised call backs that never happened. This used to be a great place to shop but it just keeps going downhill more and more.
