Our cattle dog puppy was recently neutered at Cool Veterinary Hospital. They’ve taken care of him since he was 8 weeks and also of our chihuahua mix shelter pup since we adopted him at 5 months. They helped us transition our beloved 15 year old boy over the rainbow bridge last year. They have been so caring and loving to all of our boys over the years and so patient with me. It begins with Shellie at the front desk always being so helpful in scheduling and answering questions and getting prescriptions in written form. She is just amazing. The vet techs are so good to our boys and Dr Maria is smart and reassuring. We appreciate CVH in our community!

If you need a Veterinarian who is concerned about your animal, more than money this is the place to go. Our dog had an ear infection and was in pain, I called and they moved heaven and earth to get us in that morning. When we got there the office was clean, they were ready to treat our dog and they understood she was a puppy and did not make us sedate her, unlike places like Banfield, who demand younger dogs be sedated prior to exams. Not to mention that I walked out paying a great price for the exam, meds and booster shots for way under what I expected. We found our future Veterinarian.

Our senior kitty (14years) was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma last May. She’s holding her own so far, but I take her in every couple of months so that Dr DiCarlo can examine her and let us know whether any significant changes have occurred. I’m most impressed with Dr DiCarlo’s caring and compassionate manner; she’s always willing to listen to concerns and answer questions. Like others have noted, I, too, am pleased to have high quality veterinary care so close to home.
