Dr Jones is absolutely the best! We have been going to him for 28 years and have always gotten excellent care from him and his staff. He has been with me and my family on some of the best days with our dogs… and he’s been there for some of the worst. (Goodbyes are always so hard .) We moved a few years ago, and now it takes us an hour to get to him, but it’s totally worth it! Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Dr. Jones and the staff of Cool Springs Animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful.. My family took our dog to see Dr. Jones the entire time I was growing up, then of course I have taken my dog to him as an adult. My corgi mix, Killian, has had back issues in the past due to his length, and Dr. Jones has always gotten him in and treated him so quickly and so compassionately. The way he talks to and takes care of animals is very special. I would give him and his staff 10 stars if I could.

We have relocated to another city and miss getting to take our dog to see Dr. Jones and everyone at the office. If you live in the Nashville area, I cannot recommend Cool Springs Animal Hospital enough. Your pet will be in the most loving and caring hands.

Dr. Jones and his staff always go the extra mile to ensure your pet are doing well. I have been taking my CavaPoo here since he was 11 weeks old and he is now a little over a year. My CavaPoo recently had a severe allergic reaction from his groomers and I was able to receive quality care from Dr. Jones and his staff. Dr. Jones showed much compassion and care for my pet and even checked on how he was doing throughout the weekend. It’s so hard to find genuine people these days and I must say Dr. Jones is phenomenal and his staff are awesome as well!

Dr. Jones has been our vet for over thirty years. It is rare to find such a patient and understanding vet like Dr. Jones and his team Susan, Jen and several others. They are professional, sensitive and do not try to up sell or push decisions on you. Straight forward and honest. If Dr. Jones and his staff ever close their doors it will be a very sad day. There are very few like them. I would never go to any one else as long as I have a choice.

Dr Jones has been taking care of our pets for 25 years. There is no one better anywhere than Dr. Jones. Everyone at the office is as nice and helpful as they can be. He is as fine of a person and a Veterinarian as you will find anywhere. Will never go anywhere else. There are not enough good things to say about Cool Springs Animal Hospital
