It's all about pharmaceutical sales with these doctors and their pockets. They don't listen to the patient. The subscriptions they do subscribe only treat symptoms at best. And half of the tests are unnecessary and don't reveal anything anyway. They think they know more because of medical school. I tell the doctor what's wrong with me. I know more about what's going on with me, so in that context, I know more. And if they don't listen, how can they help anything. What you ask for, they don't do and what you don't need, they do. It's all backwards. And they haven't done nothing more than over the counter medicine can do. I don't recommend a cook county clinic at all. If you have insurance, no need to go to a county clinic. You'd be better off going on YouTube and taking the suggestions of motivational Dr. Reevaluate your medications, research natural remedies and change lifestyle.

The nurses have an attitude and the ladies that are in the front counter are really nice and Dr turner is a wonderful person if only the office drs appointment would be on time it would be awesome 👌

The medical care is good but sometimes the front desk staff can be a bit unprofessional with their customer service. They’ll keep you waiting even when they aren’t servicing anyone and when I try to reschedule my appointments or ask for some information no one answers the phone. I would give them one star but the doctors are pretty good.

This is one of the best healthcare services I have ever been to. Very professional and helpful staff. The doctors are great, they listen and truly care about you. I really want to thank them for such excellent service and care. They really do care. They saved my life.

They need to hire a whole new staff, even yhe doctors are frustrated with the staff that works there. They sit on their cellphones.Some one needs to come in snd check out what's going on there seriously

For 3 days I call needed to get a new prescription from the doctor I call 6×1 day left six messenger call back the next day same thing happened I had to go in and still waited 2 hours this is the most unprofessional place I ever seen Doctors smdh I’m trying to find a better place I’m not please with them at all try calling on the 17 and 18 No luck again I have a appointment Thursday at Stroger I’m stick with them

Unprofessional staff. They answer their personal phone while registering or triaging you. Wait time to see the doctor is ridiculous. They put you in an exam room and don't follow up. You have to remimd someone that you've been waiting. I've walked out a couple times after waiting an hour for doctor to come into the exam room! Scheduling appointments in a timely fashion is unheard of. Call backs from staff or getting someone live on the phone during business hours is a f***ing joke. I can't even find my doctor's name(s) in the dropdown list on their website or when calling the service to send messages to or to request refills. I could go on but why...nothings changed no matter who I tell.
