My grandma was at this rehab center from January to May after a leg amputation due to bad blood circulation. Since this was our first time admitting anyone from our family to rehab we just disregarded the reviews since we needed my grandma to go somewhere. This facility wasn’t that bad and most of the staff were nice but the food was nooottt good. See the photos, this was a daily reoccurrence with her meals and when speaking with the dietician he would just say she needs carbohydrates for since she needs to gain muscles. You can be the judge of the meals. I also disliked we would never get updates after medical visits, I would have to call the social worker to request the nurse manager to provide the after visit summary. Yes, they do take the patients to doctor appointments but many times they would be missed or “rescheduled by the clinic” (not true) unless we were on top of it. My grandma only speaks Spanish and there were very limited resources, only few staff members spoke Spanish and the ones that didn’t would not use interpreters they only used certain words in spanish making my grandma very frustrated. The staff member that help my grandma so much was Monica.

My nana was placed here from a hospital and it was non working toilets, water bugs and roaches on the ceiling. She stayed for 4 days and after that she walked out. Absolutely disgusting place. The beds are cots too.

My husband was there it was horrible 😢 they keep him on sleeping pills 💊 so they didn't have to do anything for him SMH I couldn't wait to get him out. And the pictures that they are showing IS A LIE IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THAT

Today I had a visit with my cousin 2nd floor room 217. Room was clean and her bed was also. I had a long conversation with one of the nurses and she was wonderful. Thank you. My issue is with the front desk security, he never got off his personal phone to assist anyone, he gave me the book with all the patients name & rooms to look for what room my family was in. So UNPROFESSIONAL. The lighting in the nursing home is dull it really turns a person off also it smells really bad. Such a gloomy place. How can someone get well with an environment like that.

I called to inquire about some simple information. The man who had answered the call had a Middle Eastern voice and was immediately threatened by the sound of my black voice. I can't suggest that this place is safe for your loved ones if the employees at this facility immediately have a biased reaction to the sound of your voice.

If you love your relative please do not bring them here...my best friend was misdiagnosed here and staff did not treat her properly!! She was found dead in rigor mortis. This is a clear indication that she was left and no one was checking on her!!! There was times she was left in blood, drool, and she got nasty bed sores from not turning her.

This facility lacks morals, integrity and is negligent!! All this place has done was sucked dry her insurance and left her for dead! The staff didn't even clean her properly made sure her hair was clean! Her hair and scalp was always filithy!!! Very unprofessional place!! And they never answer phones!!!! What kind of business is being orchestrated?

There are no telephones in the patient's rooms and whenever you call the nurses station no one ever picks up. I don't care what time of day it is. If you have a loved one here they have to be capable of getting around well enough to go to the telephone that's in the hallway. My 90 year old godmother cannot maneuver cell phones due to her eyesight so she needs a standard plug in the wall type phone and I'm not sure why in this day and age of 2023 this favility does not offer phones in the rooms. Trying to reach a staff member at that nursing station well let's just say you'll have better luck trying to reach the president of these United States!!!! My God mom does not like it here she does not like to staff she said trying to get someone to help her do anything you have to scream your head off and still no one appears. We are currently trying to get her out of this place. Look for somewhere else for your loved ones. May 19, 2023
