Place is a joke. So called doctor is a joke. All of the staff are rude and judgemental. Failed my dot physical because of vision. Kind of hard to pass when the examiner made me take off my glasses to do the test. I could literally write a book ok on the terrible experience i had to endure. Do yourself a favor and never step into either facility. Take your money elsewhere. How this place is still in business is a mystery. If I could report this place I would.

I have been going there for about 1 1/2 years for a work injuries I sustained. All of the staff and the doctor have been very supportive and thorough. The staff worked above and beyond to find a surgeon during the holidays seadon. They never gave up. Everytime I go to my appointments they are friendly and pleasant. I am thankful to all of them for the care I have recrived.

I had an extremely good experience here. I went for a Livescan and TB risk assessment. The employees were really friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly and the results were delivered within about 15 minutes. Maybe the negative reviews were for different services or something? I know it just wasn’t my experience at all, I would go back without hesitation.

I went here for a TB test and Live Scan so I could volunteer at the RUSD. The people were nice & fast! The place was even Affordable! When I went on day 1 for the TB test I had my 4yr old daughter with me... So i was nervous about the TB injection in front of her (I didn't want her to see me freak out and be scared of getting shots)... The girl that did the procedure was super mindful of nervousness & didn't mind me having a little one with me either. They

Yeah... Don't be fooled by the bad reviews. I was helped quickly and politely. *Best* Livescan prices in the area, by far! Every interaction with staff was a positive one. I can't claim to know why others had such a negative experience but I'm certain that if you treat these people how you'd want to be treated, you'll be swell.

I came in mid-afternoon on a Friday. Luckily, there were only 3 people waiting before me. I was checked in after waiting for several minutes at the counter window when someone who was busy finally noticed me standing there. I waited about 10 minutes and was able to get my live scan completed fairly quickly by Brian C. who was helpful, friendly and best of all - quick, which is MUCH appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Appointments are not necessary.

Friendly, fast, and efficient. I went in for a blood draw for a special lab and I was on my way in no time. They also assured me the specimen would be shipped same day. I highly recommend.

Update: my sample was handled incorrectly by Comprehensive Medical Inc and will have to be redrawn. I will go elsewhere for the redraw.

This place caused an almost 2 week delay in a pre employment drug screening.

Sent here do take a pre-employment drug screen. The woman taking samples seemed extremely confused, manager Brian was too busy on the phone to make sure to help her correctly and decided to give partial instructions. I was told drug tests take 48-72 hours and was scheduled to start Thursday morning after my test was taken Monday morning, but lucky for me exactly as expected the ignorance and lack of guidance paid off and they didn't file the paperwork correctly, which in turn delayed the test an entire day as of now. I guess we'll see how that works tomorrow. Upon calling them Brian said I needed to call the lab, admitted they messed up but couldn't do anything further with no apology. Horrible attitudes, and least amount of courtesy when someone's livelihood is being delayed because of your poor business practice.
