I love bringing in my pets to see Dr. Rothman. She is an amazing vet and listens to my concerns. She goes out of her way to show love to my animals and makes my visits enjoyable.

Very friendly and very talented! Everybody is competent there.

In addition, Dr. Yu, one of their new hire in 2025, knows ASL (American Sign Language), so I’d say this location is very deaf-friendly too!

We are always treated exceptionally well by both the doctors and staff. I am always impressed on the way they follow up with any questions in a very quick and responsive manner. You would not know that this was a corporate office in the way they conduct themselves.

Dr. Rothman & her team have been wonderful with our dog Bingo. When we had to let Bingo to after a long illness, their team was amazing and so kind. They were supportive, helpful, and helped us go through the process with incredible empathy that helped us go through the process. I highly recommend working with them.

We made an appointment through Pet Desk and received confirmation. We showed up for our 8:30am appointment at 8:15am and we're told that we are considered inactive and will not be able to be seen. We even showed them the email with the confirmation. No appointment was listed and there must have been a glitch in the system was what we were told. They already had an appointment at this time even though the other person had not shown up as of 8:45am when we left. We were also told we could go to a walk in clinic down the road. We have been going here for several years and to be treated in this way is unacceptable. I find it ironic that we are considered inactive when I am still receiving an email from them every week. When your "babies " are sick or injured you don't want them to be cared for like this. We will not be returning.

My vet was out of office, so my cat saw Dr. Cilla (sp?) She took extensive time with me explaining the results of numerous tests done in the Emergency Room. At the end, I had a much better understanding of my cat's condition, and felt comfortable with next steps pending the outcome of his diabetes test. This office is meticulous and caring.
