This place is very unprofessional! They say one thing and do another. They only honor their policies when it’s convenient for them. They don’t work with you when it comes to your work schedule and change your class days and times when ever they are going to loose money. And if you can’t make that change when they say you get marked absent or even terminated……. Which looks really bad for probation. Then you have to go back to court and ask for another chance. It’s not fair how they are able to negativity affect peoples lives. I think probation gives them to much power. They need to be supervised better.

This place only cares about the money! The therapist Arlene has her family working in the office and that makes the receptionist think she can treat people how ever she wants. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful staff. They lie about what they say. Don’t trust them. They don’t care how they affect your lives personally. They lie to probation to protect them from getting violations

If ur here for any reason u will get what u need from each class its great counselors here, i must say i enjoy my sessions here and I've seen change in myself and i wouldn't have the mind state that i have now if i didn't come here.

I have a court waiver and they didn't want to take it because they already have two people in their program that is on a waiver so they can't take me because they want me to pay
