Not all staff, but some staff are rude. The doctor told my mother if she needed a translator to understand what he was saying, but all what my mom was doing was just asking questions and doubling checking to make sure our cat will be okay because she gets worried and it’s our first time getting a cat. My mom speaks English and understands it perfectly. They never answered her question either.

When I adopted my dog I wanted to be sure I could count on a Vet to be accessible when needed.That’s no easy task lately as I was very disappointed with my last vet when my previous dog became sick and eventually passed. This team and Dr Bhakhri have been lovely to deal with and have met my concerns with professionalism and the appropriate urgency when called upon. The office is clean and accessible with good parking. I have no problems recommending this office to anyone

First time here for my 17.5 year old pug who comes with all the usual geriatric complexities in addition to an ear infection. We had a great experience! Easy online booking , short wait, admin staff was efficient, professional and kind. The vet was knowledgeable, experienced and respectful of our wishes to keep her comfortable and do minimal treatments. With the therapeutic regiment prescribed, she has been thriving the past few weeks. Highly recommend.

Colma Animal Hospital has been taking care of my dog D-Bear for the last
11 years and I have to say that I don't think there's any better veterinary hospital around. Dr. Bhakhri never rushes examining my dog and always takes time to answer any questions or concerns I have about my little Buddy. The staff at Colma Animal Hospital are all very professional, helpful, and courteous when helping me. There are other veterinary hospitals in the area that are more concern with how much they can charge the client. No so with Colma Animal Hospital. There principle concern is the care and wellbeing of the pets under their care. They're simply the best!!

Colma animal hospital is honestly one of the best veterinarian clinics in the bay area. From their front office staff for all of the vets at the hospital. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming! They all make you and your pet feel like the top priority. They’re one of the only veterinary clinics that actually answers the phone and allows you to talk to a human being, they’ve helped me with everything I’ve needed with my three frenchies through pregnancy to labor to care for puppies to every day allergies. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet that treats you and your pet like family.
