The staff are wonderful and helpful even when they get busy, which I know has to be very stressful. The dogs and cats are all in great condition, and the cats especially are almost all immediately loving and affectionate! The cats are also all housed together by age range, so they are well socialized to other cats.

My bf and I were trying to get two kittens back, after he had mistakenly took them up to this shelter. We were having issues and he just took them in. I deal with anxiety and being alone at home can cause attacks of breakdowns. They we're my babies and they helped me feel safe and well. Now we were trying to get them, even if we adopted them through. The people their were being rudely and disrespectful upon us trying. If you want to run a animal shelter, a place that takes customers both in person and over the phone. You must be reasonable, respectful, and try to help your customers. Not whatever you just pulled. It's unprofessional and that just shows that no one there shouldn't be working. I have adopted from there before and there was never this issue.

This place is awesome. We adopted a very skinny about 52 lbs St Bernard mix about a year ago.This baby now weighs in at 109 lbs. This baby is loving and gentle I am questioning why they left him in the pen behind the shelter..he is well loved and he appreciates his family. He has siblings that he loves and everyone is happy. We have a Great Dane, 2 cats, 3 bearded dragons and a snake. He fits right in the family. I want to thank you for keeping him and placing him with us. We love him so much.

My Mom and I went out there after a cat left here kittens outside her home. The lady we spoke to was wonderful and she that they wanted them and needed them. We brought the kittens in and a worker, Jim, told us right away he was going to kill them. He was very rude and disrespectful. We had also brought out a case of food and gave them a dog crate. Jim was nasty to us walking in the door, and told us he was going to have them put down. This was a completely different attitude than a few days before when the lady told us she would love to have them and needed them. I would suggest only having friendly people run the front counter.

let me tell you. don’t message them on facebook with your specific want just asking if they have anything around your wants/needs. idk who runs it but maybe be nicer. Simply asking if smaller dogs or puppies were available and got told “everything’s on the facebook page so i should look at it first before asking questions.” “all the animals are posted there so.” no they are not. be fr. just answer small questions. y’all do not post every dog or cat on that page.

We adopted our beautiful little guy here. Black and white pit mix. We named him Dex. He is a joy. He loves to take walks. He is learning lots of our commands. It's been a challenge but we love him to pieces. I'm so glad we adopted him. We are family.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

This shelter has AMAZING animals and also works hand in hand with a nearby pet store to get some of the felines visible to the public for adoption. The staff feels like a family with each other and take care of each other along with the cats and dogs waiting for their Forever Homes. Five stars for their dedication to giving these gorgeous animals a place to stay while they wait to be adopted.

This would be a spectacular place to work, no matter how little or how much. FIVE STARS.

We got our puppy from there. The people there were all very nice & helpful. Animals were clean & looked like they were taken care of well. The stalls for the dogs were also pretty clean. They sent us home with a collar, leash, 2 bowls for food & water, a couple of toys, & a small bag of dog food. We were very pleased with the way this shelter looked, the way the animals appeared, & the helpful service we received. We are loving our new pup!!!
