Neo had one of the best grooming experiences here! Everyone was absolutely amazing and so friendly. I've been taking my mini goldendoodle here since she was a puppy. Kat has done all her grooms. They are very transparent and realistic on length to cut and what to expect. Very clean location and friendly staff. My dog always smells SO good when I pick her up. Thank you for taking good care of Clara!

We recently moved to North Carolina with all ten of our pups but I wanted to make sure this place received the credit they deserve. We used coco’s pet spa since they first opened. We absolutely loved the girls there and their talent at grooming! We have a collie/hound mix, a rough collie, five shelties, and 3 papillons. Every time they would go get groomed, they all came back smelling good and looked beautiful! I highly recommend this place! It’s obvious the girls there love their jobs and they run a fantastic business. There is not enough stars to thank them for all that they did for us! 100/10 rating!

First time here with our Golden Retriever Blueberry. Couldn't be happier. They checked all the boxes. Well staffed, great customer service, they send follow ups and reminders about your appointment. Most importantly we got back a very happy and beautiful dog. She was over due for a grooming and had some problem areas and they took care of everything. She's never looked this good. Our dog was happy and well taken care of. We set out next appointment right away we will absolutely be back.

We love Cocos pet spa! They have multiple package options and even do seasonal shampoo scents. Kat is absolutely amazing at what she does and my dog loves her, despite my dog not being a people person. She always takes her time and goes at my dogs pace, and if she has questions because we have to change the plan she will call and ask first. I highly recommend them and Kat.

Our dog Rosie is a stray from the streets of Chicago. When we first got her, she had only been groomed once at the rescue. We weren't sure what to expect, as she is unsure around new people. Jenelle has done a fabulous job with Rosie, and she really takes her time to make the grooming experience more calm. Our dog has crazy fur - - she's a schnoodle. Janelle knows exactly how to handle the crazy, and delivers a beautiful haircut every time! If we could give more than five stars, we would! 🩷🐾
