I would like to give Anthony Romano, the environmental supervisor, who has great pride and dedication for his job. He makes sure everything is kept intact for the residents. Mr. Romano, is very professional handling all tasks. That tells you how diligent his staff performs their daily duties to care for all the residents stay at this facility.
Also, shows how well he maintains a comfortable environment for the residents and family.
He is very pleasant to speak too regarding any complaints a resident may have and attentively attends to addresses any issues. Thank you, Mr. Romano, for your caring and patience towards our residents and families to accomplish a comfortable stay.

They provide 24-hour supervision, ensuring that patients receive continuous, high-quality care. Their compassionate approach and attention to detail have been instrumental in my father’s recovery from his illness and weakness. The nurses work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, which has greatly contributed to his progress. I have to say 5 star! Jessica Hewson is the most wonderful, caring, thoughtful nurse we've had the privilege to have caring for my husband, everyone has been great... Lisa our nursing clerk, has been a rock star, rolling with the changes, so helpful. And the ladies down in admissions and social work, who have bent over backwards, even when I was psycho spouse. God love ya for your patience, God bless you all. Hugs also to Denise, I'd be bald from pulling out my hair without your guidance!!! Great team so amazing.

Everyone has been so kind in helping our family maneuver through this process with our mom the staff on the third floor has been very diligent in caring for the patients. Their work is endless. I appreciate all they do. The owners could make it better by hiring more staff though. They need more aides and rn's.

I'm writing to make a comment about clove lakes nursing home and how they taking care of my father is excellent everybody is a professional and what they do and how they handle on questions and this service. Our family is so comfortable and happy that our father is happy where he's at his extended home. Our dad is very safe at this facility starting at the front entrance security and two places behind the desk and on the floor. Thank you very much for taking care of Dad as he continues with his life Twilight years he's so happy thank you all.

I had an opportunity to participate in an event as a vendor. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The coordinator (Matt) is delightful to work with. The facility is well maintained. I met many residents who seemed to be well taken care of and overall happy to attend all the coordinated activities. The atmosphere was so nice and just being there was such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning in the future.
