Great place to go for rehab! My 89 year old Mother broke her knee and elbow and needed rehab. The entire staff was very accommodating with her diet. There was a nurse named Bre that kept calling my Mom beautiful. The physical and occupational therapists were a tremendous help to me showing me how to help my Mom transition to going home. The entire staff was great. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Weatherford ClearSky rehabilitation hospital is the best. I had a hip replacement and was originally sent to a skilled nursing facility. I only got about 30 minutes of therapy a day and it was not individualized to me. At ClearSky I got three hours a day. I know that sounds like a lot, but they make it fun so you don’t realize that you’re actually working out. It only took nine days at ClearSky and I Was cleared to go home. I also made some lifelong friends with other patients there..
The nursing staff was knowledge and accommodating. The techs care about their patients and want to make sure you have what you need. The food was over seasoned a few times but I would give them 5 stars anyway. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family. it

I would give Clear Sky a top rating! It was clean, great rooms with windows and the staff from top to bottom were exceptional! Food was good most of the time (I’m a picky eater) The nurses and their aids were just wonderful. All great personalities and knowledge, were able to give me answers about my condition and recover. The therapists were very good. Encouraged me to do more but not too much! I am able to take care of myself at home. Showers, dressing and exercising!
This is the best rehabilitation hospital I’ve ever seen! Choose this one and you will be happy!

ClearSky Weatherford Texas-the staff did an exceptional job for my mom. They treated her like family.

She was basically bed-ridden upon arriving at ClearSky. When she left ClearSky, she was walking with the aid of a walker. Highly recommend!!

A great place to heal. All the personnel were friendly and kind and helpful. Wanted to make a special shout out to Christi, my kids brought me a crossword puzzle and she found me a board to put it on. I don’t even ask. She and all the physical therapists were wonderful. They even played games to make exercise fun. I would recommend clear sky, you really feel accepted

I was a patient after a stroke in 2021. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated incredibly well for the entire ten days. It really prepared me for a slightly new normal. I recommend this rehabilitation program without reservation!

After my total hip replacement and a very brief hospital stay I required rehab as I lived alone. I was a bit frightened. Insurance arranged for my care. I was transferred off to Clear Sky Rehabilitation hospital in Weatherford. Very quickly my fears and anxieties eased as Clear Sky Rehab's staff did what they do - I felt I was in safekeeping and great care - what relief and a blessing!!! The nurses (April. Ethan, Cody and Tiffany), physical therapists (Joseph, Jan and Janae), occupational therapist (Jay and Christi), nurses aides (Brooke and Shaquerra) housekeeper(Barbi), dietary staff (the food was good, way better than the hospital and if the preplanned meal was not to your liking, you had alternate menu choices), social workers ( etal), Brenna (initial contact person and the 'knower of all things'), and the medical team (Dr. Muppidi, MD, Dr. Kerrup) were wonderful - professional, skilled, kind, patient - I can't thank you all enough, your goodness will come back to you in multitudes in your time of need!!!
An Outstanding facility with a very experienced staff and I mean everyone!!! Nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, dietary. I would recommend!!! There were so many involved in my care. Please forgive me if you were not mentioned by name, as I could not remember everyone's name.
