I have been going to CLV for 20+ yrs. Love them and their staff.
Currently Dr.Duff is there to take care of all their needs. She loves animals and they and you can tell. She has got right down on the floor with them at times when need be.
I have a very shy and frightened rescued Mal that her and her staff are so good with. Most would muzzle her, but they know how to treat her to keep her as calm as possible.
All my dogs love her.

If I could give them a million stars I would. My whole experience I had was amazing. I'm so grateful for them. .My own vet of 10 years wouldn't take my cat in. I called them and they were able to get her in the next day. They saved her life. The whole staff was friendly the vet was amazing and explained everything and was very helpful. Definitely making the switch to them after my experience. I don't have enough nice things to say. If you're looking for affordable fast efficient help they are it. I would just like to say that the entire staff including veterinarian were impeccable ! Their attention and care was well received by myself and my rescue dog Mercy. They called me early and got me in short notice due to a cancellation.

I would highly recommend this animal care center to anyone who loves their pet

I recently lost my very best friend and family member of 15 years, Blacky my cat meant the world to me ! I miss him every day ! The dr. and staff there were incredible ! There are no words to express the compassion and the genuine heartfelt care that they expressed for me , I thank you all so much ! To top it all off I just recieved a letter from the "Acme Foundatation ' notifying me that the clearlake veterinarian clinic had mad a generous donation in Black'ys memory !! to help seniors and disabled who can use the resource for their seriously ill pets. Is this awesome or what !!!! My Blackys spirit continues to live on buy this donation !! You are all beautiful people and have made this tragic event in my life into a positive!! Thank you all so very much !! God bless you all !!

The ladies here took wonderful care of my two elderly dogs! They are very patient and gentle, my dogs fear the vets lol. They try their hardest to make them feel safe. I really appreciate that. For sure, take your fur babies here!

I like the way the staff treats me. They address my concerns. Dr. Duff is my personal favorite, but Dr. Lambert is great too. They have taken care of all my animals for about 4 years now. 4 Dogs and 2 cats. When our seniors passed away they made a donation in their names to a place that keeps senior dogs from having to be in the pound. Overall awesome. Sometimes a little pricey for the area though.

Update:
I had an issue with my cat and her well shall we say her privates. I took her to the vet three times, had blood work done and an ultrasound to find out she was to fat to clean herself. After long talks with Justine they still did not credit me for the ultrasound which I thought was just a little too much for the diagnosis I received. Had the vets (yes more than one vet saw my kitty) done a proper examination the outcome and expense would of been different. I suggest that you ask if they have physically examined your pet before you start shelling out hundreds of dollars. So disappointed changed vets.

Dr. Duff and staff treat me and my fur babies like family. She takes excellent care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have had a couple of emergencies and they were handled quickly and with great care. Mickie and Christina and the rest of the staff are very helpful and make sure that every detail of my babies care is covered.
