My puppy loves going to daycare here and is always happily tired when she gets home from playing with her friends all day! The staff is lovely and you can tell they really care about your pet. Easy to book and responsive!

Friendly, helpful staff. They really care about your dogs here. My dog comes home sad after I pick him up from being boarded. The owner, Nate, is amazing. He remembers all his clients and always tries to accommodate as best as he can. I love this place and my dog does too!

This place is truly a little gem! Our 9 month old puppy Otis loves it here and gets so excited on Wednesday mornings. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they care about all the dogs. Couldn’t recommend more!

Roo has been going to Chitown Dog House for about a year and she absolutely LOVES it there. She goes to day care once a week and we have boarded her twice. She can barely contain her enthusisam to go inside and always comes home tired and satisfied with lots of playtime. We love it there!

Chi-Town is hands down the best doggie daycare and boarding in the city of Chicago. We have been with them for almost 7 years and we would never considered leaving our dog anywhere else. Through the years every single team member has always made our dog feel loved and cared for, especially when he is being boarded. More recently with our dog being a senior and showing signs of aging they have gone above and beyond to care for him at his level. He still to this day jumps out of the car with so much excitement when we arrive at Chi-Town.
Nate and the team are the absolute best. The facility is spacious and the outdoor area is amazing for the pups.
I would give more stars if I could! We highly recommended Chi-Town and thank each of them immensely for all of their love and care over the years!

Our 1.5 y/o Bernedoodle has been going here for a few months. The staff is always courteous, friendly and prompt to answer questions and pickup/dropoff - even taking a tour of the facility. Happy to have them in the neighborhood to take care of our little boy for daycare!

We love bringing our pup here for his weekly daycare! We know he is having fun and is well looked after. As soon as we prepare his lunchbox in the morning his tail starts wagging knowing it's daycare day. He always excitedly greets the staff and it's clear that they love the dogs. When we get home he is always ready for bed earlier after a full day of running around. When we're walking him and pass another dog you can tell when they have met each other before and, as we quickly find out, it's because they go to daycare together. Great place to bring your dog.
