Thank you to the doctor and staff at Chipley Animal Hospital for taking care of my 16 year old dog Monkie. She'd been a patient for a few years. When Monkie got to where it was time to say goodbye. They were the best. Telling me how sorry they were. I knew it was time to say goodbye. Consoling. Their the best. If I ever decide to get another pet. They will be my vet.

Amazing vet. Brian was thorough on his exams and gave many options for treatments needed and was uber helpful explaining everything to me. I'm from WI and the Florida climate is way different. All the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Prices were not shocking. My new vet. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kreitz is the best doctor in this area. I took my dog to three vet’s before finally taking him to Dr. Kreitz. At that point my dog was critically ill. The Chipley Animal Hospital staff and Dr. Kreitz told me to bring him immediately. All the other vets in Bonifay, Marianna, and in Chipley listened to his symptoms and rushed to treat the symptoms. Dr. Kreitz at Chipley Animal Hospital listened to the symptoms and noticed his heart rate was very low. He analysed the symptoms to find the cause. The only vet that finally did so. He diagnosed my dog with rare dog Addison’s disease. And treated him for such as well as his symptoms. He saved my best companion his life and I’m so very grateful. Do not take your animals anywhere else!!!! And his staff are fantastic. They helped me so much!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!

After you left Jenson Beach clinic, I have yet to find another vet as on spot as you were with my Shih Tsu Betty White on her first visit after we adopted this elderly deaf dog. I have kept the cover letter you wrote as an example of what a devoted vet is like. 3 different vets have not been able to help her. We do our best keeping her happy. Thank you for all you do.

We first used Dr. Kreitz when our blue heeler, Barkley, went completely blind. He and his staff were so caring & helpful and even mailed us a sympathy card after Barkley died months later. There was no question what vet we would use when we got two new GSP puppies. Dr. Kreitz, Amy and all the girls continue to show love and great care for Cooper & Daisy each time we make a visit. Very reasonably priced too.

I already have a grown cat but wanted to find a new veterinarian for our new kitten Layla, so I just found a number and thought surely an animal hospital can’t be bad, and I was right.. They gave me an appointment for some time in February this was around 16 Jan and a few days later they called me to say they had a cancellation. I couldn’t make that one but thanked them and asked them if they had another one to give me a call so every few days I would get one until I finally made it. Then when I got there I realized that the cancellation was for the next week lol but these wonderful people told me to come on back. We got very special care from the assistant and the Vet and He wasn’t in a big hurry, he took the time to talk to me and answer my questions. They are definitely my new Veterinarian
