We are here from out of town. I called this veterinary clinic, 1 of 3 in town, they were able to see our dog right away by "fitting" him into their already busy schedule. He had a bad case of diarrhea. They ran a routine test to rule out problems. They didn't run a bunch of unnecessary test just for the money either. Bill was very reasonable. Very friendly staff. Clinic is very homey and cute. Thank you for making an unpleasant trip to the vet pleasant.

If I could give Chiefland Animal Hospital 10 stars, I would! I was in Florida for a day on personal business and my dog got real sick. They took us in near closing and took care of my dog with the greatest of care. Fantastic vet and staff!! Highly recommend this veterinarian. Forever grateful.

They are great. I took my Ada Jane there ,she passed no fault of theirs.they let me hold and love her before I left ,even past closing time. Sent me a card with her foot print , very thoughtful I cried. I had her cremated got her back in a beautiful wood urn with her name on the front. I highly recommend them. Thank you all at CAH .very caring in my time of loss.

This is my first time at this Animal Hospital and the stuff was amazing from front desk to both Vet tech. Both stuff made this as comfortable for her and myself. The 2 stuff members sat on the floor with her and us the whole time. This was the first time I had to make this decision, made my mind and heart at easy. The stuff I truly can say How caring they are.The stuff made my decision as easy and comfortable for us. Great and Amazing stuff. I Thank you for being a caring stuff. My Pookee was 15 her life gave me some much love and happiness. I truly miss her already.. Pookee Love you..

Great staff! Dr. Susan & Dr. Monica are extremely competent and very effective in their medical expertise. I highly recommend them. They and their staff have never failed to show compassion and empathy for any situation. I found that Dr. Susan esp will spend as much time as needed with her patient to make each pet parent feel at ease. This is a very relaxed and friendly place with each person greeted and promptly checked in by the front desk. Ive also found the wait is minimal, barring any emergencies that come in, which seem to be treated as a "all hands on deck" type situation. (Which is what a panicked parent would want). This is a FULL SERVICE clinic. All medicines are either dispensed or mixed there, any diagnostic procedures or if necessary surgical procedures. I feel very comfortable recommending them to all my friends and family, I've never been disappointed in any visit.

Update
This place never disappoints me. They have treated my baby boy for years and our new little girl. When it came time to say goodbye to my much beloved Oreo, my heart was broken and I was devastated beyond belief. I wasnt the only one with tears. It made me feel confident in the knowledge that we did try everything possible. Sometimes it's just a matter of love the decision we have to make. A few days later, I received a card signed by the whole office. Each writing something about him and his last paw prints. After losing your best friend of 15 years, the grief is immeasurable, and I just can't tell you how much that meant to me. This is still, imho, the best!

Brought my lab into the office..did not have an appointment..he was just not hisself..first time visit..I was extremely impressed with the staff and the Doctor...the Doctor went over all the tests and explained everything and answered my questions ..the doctor and the techs treated my boy very professionally..after leaving and getting home a few hours later he was drinking and eating again..Thank you so much for treating my boy and easing my mind.
