We’ve been loyal clients of Cherry Creek Vet for years and have consistently had wonderful experiences. Rae Ann recently accommodated us with a next-day appointment, even though they are usually booked weeks in advance. Jen always greets us with a warm smile and promptly gets us into a room.

Dr. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, clearly explaining treatment plans and offering alternative solutions if needed. The entire staff remembers us and our pets by name, creating a personal relationship that makes us feel like family rather than just another client.

Dr. Paul went above and beyond to research and find a specific cat food that only one company produces, Jen assisted us in locating where to purchase it, and Rae Ann added it to their pharmacy shipment for our convenience. Their dedication to customer care shows in their exceptional service and the way they go above and beyond. I recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care.

Very unkind and don't dare about animals in pain, we needed antibiotics for a dog with mastitis and when they found out we were coming to them due to bad care recieved on a prior visit at our old vet which happened to be their sister location. The lady on the phone had the nerve to tell me that I probably wouldn't want to bring my dog to Cherry Creek Vet since their sister vet had caused one of my other dogs to pass away due to a feeding tube that was accidentally placed into the lungs not the stomach. I told her I knew the death was accidental and really just felt uncomfortable going to the location emotionally, she obviously just wanted to push us off onto another vet. They don't care about animals in pain they only care about profit obviously. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNCARING VET!!! Also, we never even made a complaint about their sister location causing the unneed death, we paid our bill there in full even paid them for cremation services. All we needed was some antibiotics for our dog, but they couldn't even find the care in their heart for that...

We love our little vet!
They’ve expanded their resources recently which has made service even better for our special needs kitties. Their urgent care availability is super easy to use, and we never feel like they’re pushing us to do more than is necessary for our pets.

When one of the team members at Cherry Creek Veterinary Hospital asked me, "Would you like a paw print for $150?", I knew I was at the wrong veterinarian office. My buddy Remy (Golden Retriever) got pea sized bumps under his coat, first just a few on 8/2/2023, then more and more until the bumps were everywhere, Remy had an ear infection, so we had the ears cleaned and a Clarita Otic solution put in ($262.26). The bumps were a mystery to the Doctor. On 9/18 Remy's ears were rechecked, They recommended a biopsy of the bumps ($427.54). On 9/21 Remy was failing fast, he started limping with his front paw, he was unable to run, Remy was almost 5 years old (10/18). On 9/23 we had to euthanize Remy, and that was a very long and difficult process, Dr. Amarpaul S.
Basra gave him something that supposedly was going to relax him, instead Remy started to fight to live, Basra left the room and came back to give Remy more of that stuff, Remy kept fighting to live, finally Basra gave him the kill shot, Remy finally passed. Whoever reads this, I want you to know, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what my wife and I did, Remy was crying out for help at the end, I feel like I let my buddy down.

I am extremely impressed by this vet clinic. I called so many places looking for help for my fading kitten. This was the only one who 1) replied with genuine concern, 2) went above and beyond to see me, and 3) did not over charge me. They were fair. The staff was patient and kind, and very attentive. They listened to everything I said, and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. They're super knowledgeable and obviously in the field to help, not to get rich. I know the profit margin on veterinary practices from experience, and I can tell you, these guys are fair. I highly recommend them.

The staff were very welcoming and kept everyone informed. As soon as we checked, they apologized and said they were running about 20 minutes behind due to emergencies. I really appreciated the heads up. They were really nice and personable. The prices seem to be about average and maybe even on the lower end. They didn’t push services on you. They informed you of their recommendations and left you to decide. I will be keeping them as my new veterinarian!!
