My Grandpa was a resident on the rehab wing for around 2 weeks and while I was hesitant at first, we could not be happier. He felt respected and like he had his dignity throughout his stay. Staff members not only treated him with courtesy, but actually got him stronger physically and helped improved his overall outlook towards his decreased mobility. These ladies (and gentlemen) work so hard to provide an enriching experience for residents who live within their walls and they do it with care and respect. In my opinion they all deserve raises and more funding. I can't even single anyone out because SO MANY staff members provided excellent care.

Different name same style of having great workers. I currently have a family member that resides in the facility and I must say and give the facility a hands up for the job that is being done. When it comes to the front office staff, Debbie and Michelle are always on top of making sure that everything is on point and accurate. They assisted with making sure my father account is well managed and informative on what is taking place with any changes. Kizzy is the overall jewel that keeps a smile on your face and updates on the facility and the care that is being issued. My father loves the restorative care that he received from the aide Kalea who is very supportive and goes above and beyond to make sure that he is receiving the one on one hands action to continue his strengthening and everyday of life motions. His walking has increased as well as his will to want to strive for the goals set. I must say that it was not an easy decision to have to place my father but I am glad that the Springs have became a family in which he is proud to say he resides. Thank you all for the hard work

The personal attention is excellent and my mother was in there from Jan. 2023 to July 2023 and then again for two weeks right before Christmas. They are very accommodating to her needs, they have a great rehab dept and the PT and OT are awesome as well as everyone I come in contact with there. From Admin to housekeeping great folks they care about YOU not the bottom line.

This place is AWEFUL. My family membwr felt "snatched around." Upon reporting of this the DON chose to move the abuser to a different hall... to abuse others that don't have an advocate? The doors are locked like a prison. They run out of medications. They don't answer call lights. I found my loved ones light UNPLUGGED! My family member was asked "Why did you piss your diaper?" Meals are served without schedule. The place smells like urine and lysol. When items are sent to the laundry they don't return.
There's many more negatives but I'm out of time. The star they did recieve is for the housekeeper named Ms Penny. She was a beautiful kind and caring soul. She went out of her way to make my loved one feel cared for.

My mom works here and I’ve had lots of family members that were residents here. The staff and employees are great. Kizzy is awesome at her
job and makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. She can answer any and every question you have and if she don’t know, she will find out. Emily is a great administrator and loves and treats all the residents just like family. I would recommend facility to anyone and everyone.

I arrived at this wonderful facility after I fell at home several days after a full hip replacement. I could not have made it at home alone and also needed additional rehabilitation after the fall. The admissions staff worked hard with my out-of-state hospital and doctor to get me into this excellent facility. The transfer was easy and everyone treated me with great respect and care. I arrived just one day before the complete shut-down from COVID. It was a scary time, but all the staff; from nurses, to nursing aides, rehabilitation staff, food services, and administration, to name a few, went above and beyond in keeping me safe and healthy. I was able to grow stronger under their care and was released to go home with confidence that I could care for myself. The entire staff is accommodating, respectful, and professional. The facility is clean and the rehab services are exceptional. I received excellent care and loved that this wonderful facility is in my hometown. Thank you to everyone at CRNC and I commend the administration for all the safety precautions taken during the COVID crises. I would not hesitate to return here, if it ever becomes necessary for my health.

This place does not have enough staff to care for your loved ones . Your family will not be showered. The admin.will not speak with you. They keep putting oyu off. I have called state on them several times. They love to say they are short staffed. The food is awful. The place smells bad. You have a different nurse daily because the use agency instead of hiring their on staff .

My mother in law was recently in the Chautauqua Rehabilitation Center with Covid-19. As a medical health care professional, our family found that she received incredible care and was able to return home. The leadership is strong, staff is attentive providing residents with the best care. and were great about giving us updates as she progressed. The director, DON, nurses and respiratory therapists were always available to address any concerns in a timely manner. We appreciate having you all! Thank you!
