Had to send my buddy on his final journey after 16 years of being by my side. As everyone knows who loves their fur baby and welcomes them into their home and heart as family it is devastating 💔. They made it quiet and peaceful and gave me all the time I needed and I can't thank them enough for that kindness ❤️ Rest in peace my dear sweet Moose who was loved by everyone you met

Went there to retrieve paperwork for a dog we adopted from a former client of theirs. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before I finally went to find someone for help. The woman acted like I killed her first born child and was incredibly rude. While discussing what I needed, another customer came in and she proceeded to tell him how she was interrupted and would have to start over on his order in a very condescending tone. All she had to do was say she would be with me in a moment and I would have gladly waited. Instead she chose to be rude and degrading and basically blamed me for her clients having to wait. I can certainly see why the former owners only took the dog there once. Whoever she is, be it receptionist or vet, she needs to learn some patience and better customer service because I would never take any animal or recommend anyone take their animals there. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional.

The veterinarians here have been around the block a few times. They gave my cat one shot and he hasn’t been itchy since. Getting in and out on a Thursday took less than 20 minutes. Very trustworthy

Have tried calling this place multiple times a week over the last few months to get my dogs stitches removed. No response and no returned calls. So now my dog is going on three months with her stitches still in. Either answer your phone or return a call after someone leaves a voicemail. As a business you should also call the client and tell us it’s been two weeks and give us available dates for an appointment. That’s your responsibility too. Will not be back.

So frustrating. They have been closed alot lately. Can't leave a voicemail, a note is put on the door so unless you drive there, you don't know they are open or closed. I finally got in today but they closed at 3 ...their hours are until 4. I got my dogs records and will be going elsewhere.

Had my cat in for rabies booster, and senior check up. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took good care of my cat and were able to give her two shots without any fuss at all, and the vet allowed her to explore the exam room a few minutes to put her at ease. When we were finished, the vet opened her carrier door and she hopped right in! Amazing! The bill was very reasonable, and she even got one of her shots at no charge! It was a very positive experience. Thank you, Chatham Veterinary Clinic!
