We have been with Chain of Lakes since 2022 and I have nothing but the best things to say about the clinic and everyone there. The vets are amazing as well as the techs & receptionists. They are extremely accommodating and thorough. We will miss them so much and leaving this clinic has been one of the hardest parts of moving out of state! If you are searching for a clinic, this is the one!

I've been bringing my two dogs, Casha and Luna, to Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic for years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Every visit has been a fantastic experience, earning a solid 10 out of 10 in my book.

The nurses are always friendly and welcoming, making both my dogs feel at ease. The vets are not only professional but also genuinely caring, ensuring that Casha and Luna receive the best possible care. Just a few days ago, Casha had her annual check-up, along with her vaccines and bloodwork, and the entire process went smoothly.

Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic has to be by fair the best veterinarian clinic that we have ever visited. They have been so caring and so helpful with a puppy that we brought in with bladder issues. They have answered all of our questions and TRULY care about their pets that come in. They are all so kind and I would absolutely recommend them to all friends and family. They are hands down amazing!

I switched to Chaine of Lakes Animal Clinic and couldn't be happier. They are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, kind and my pets were VERY happy there. There was no wait time and we had our own room which was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I came to this office because my vet had retired. Before making the appointment I stopped by and spoke with the 2 receptionists, after talking with them, I felt very comfortable bringing my older cat in for an appointment. I very much appreciated the time and care of the tech and Dr. Peek. They respected Sammy's comfort level and only did what was necessary. Thank you

After reading all these positive reviews, including the info on their website, it seemed that they were friendly, accessible, competent and interested in building their existing practice; however, I was shocked when I called to make an appt and experienced everything but that. First, 'Ryan' answered the phone in such a mumbled, incomprehensible manner that I had to ask twice who I was actual calling before I could determine it was actually this office. Second, when I explained that I needed to bring in my senior cat, he very rudely told me to start by going to their website to the the new client tab; I had to actually stop him from hanging-up on me after he made that announcement just to ask him how long the wait for new clients would be! Sad that this business operated this way- I will be seeking a new vet for my 2 Golden Retrievers and 2 Persians elsewhere now.
