I am a longtime methadone patient. If it weren't for these kinds of programs, I probably wouldn't be here to write this today. I am forever grateful to all who work at this facility. With that said, I wish they would do more to accommodate those who have unusual jobs or those who must travel with extremely short notice. I informed them of this and they at first said it wasn't a problem. However, when the time came, they wouldn't help me. I was over 24 hours late to my job site. Thankfully, I'm the team supervisor so I have some leeway or I would've lost this job. Anyway, other than that, this is an excellent treatment center. Kind and caring staff, clean facilities and various programs make it one of the best clinics I've been to. Over a decade of sobriety and with this clinic, there will be many more sober years ahead of me. Thank you!

When you struggle with addiction and often feel ashamed, alone, and incapable of living a life you’re proud of, central Florida treatment center in Palm Bay treats you the opposite. From Maureen, who remembers your name from your first day forward, to the nurses who always make you feel important and cared for, but most of all- it’s my individual counselor and the program director who really seal the deal of five stars. Connecting with a counselor/ therapist is not always easy, but from the moment I met Monique, I immediately felt like I could share my struggles in a trusting, safe, supportive environment. I think she’s the absolute coolest, and she has always gone above and beyond make sure my needs are met, celebrate in my successes, and problem solve with me when I’m struggling. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her on my goals and looking at myself as more than an addict.
The program director, Tiffany’s door is always open. She’s direct, while still being kind and is an enforcer of the program rules, while maintaining compassion. She did something for me recently that I never expected her to take on herself, realized the importance of sending me records off, and did it immediately while cc’ing me in all documentation sent. The gratitude I feel for Tiffany and all she had done for any patient that asks, is insurmountable. If you want to change your life and are willing to do the work, I truly believe this is the best place to turn when you finally make that decision to change your life. There’s nothing any staff member won’t do for you. They set the standard for clinics, and I’ve been to multiple where I couldn’t think of a positive word to say. The place is nice it's clean an The nurses are really sweet and helpful they take the time to answer your questions and go over things ...the rest of the staff as far as counselors and hire up they are really fair and helpful they get it done fast an no problem I came from Boston ma. An it's a big change but really greatful to have help an people that are really professional and good at what they do this field is really tough to work in but they do a really good job I'm happy to be part of the recovery at Central Florida addiction center if ur having a hard time don't wait give urself a chance to get the help u deserve I'm happy 😊 don't want the dr.is in on Tues.an u can transfer or guest dose or come in and get the help you need It's worth it because you are.

This clinic was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I was very nervous to start treatment until I met the staff and was so relieved to be treated so well! The last 3 years with this clinic have been a pleasure and every single employee went out of their way to make me feel welcome. As a sufferer of social anxiety, I was very nervous that I would have to deal with condescending attitudes and unfriendly people but that is the exact opposite of what the reality was! Tiffany, Maureen, and the rest of the staff here always went above and beyond to help me address my issues and made me feel more than welcome! Of course they have the integrity to hold you accountable if you aren’t following the rules of this voluntary program but that is exactly what a patient needs. I can guarantee that any negative reviews would only be from bitter individuals who didn’t follow the rules of this voluntary program and are just being spiteful. I never had one issue in the last 3 years of treatment. I don’t believe I could have received better service from any other clinic and furthermore, you will not find a more exceptional director than Tiffany. Tiffany is a great leader who I could tell from the first day sincerely wants to help people. Any question or issue I ever had, she went above and beyond to help me in any way possible. Maureen is the lady usually working the front window to sign in and she is phenomenal at multi tasking. This clinic can get busy and she works very hard to expedite the process of getting everyone taken care of. You can tell these employees take pride in what they do and sincerely want to help people that want to help themselves. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all of the support I have received over the years. It is so nice to interact with a clinic staff with empathy and integrity of the highest degree. The bottom line is that if you are putting forth the effort to help yourself, then you will receive all the support and assistance you could ever hope for. I am so grateful for the staff always going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all for the exceptional service and support, I am beyond grateful!

When I left Atlanta 4 yrs. ago, saying goodbye to my counselor and the other staff at Alliance was one of the hardest parts...But I was surprised to find a new group that, for the most part, were equally as good and seemed committed to helping addicts...which isn't the easiest bunch of folks to help !!..
My counselor Cassandra is as great as my Alliance counselor and the nurses are great....BUT.... I am writing this to really brag on someone who has taken such good care of me that I wanted to make sure her bosses heard from a client what a treasure they have in Maureen...She always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of.....and...as much as I don't want to share her, I know I'm not the only one that she takes such good care of...She keeps things running smoothly when it's complete chaos..but still takes time to make sure I'm taken care of...
So...thanks Maureen....I'm so glad you're there to greet me every Friday..!!..CFSATC is lucky to have you!

The best decision I ever made when I moved up here was getting back on MAT and coming to this clinic. Not only did I get my life back but I found a clinic where they genuinely care about their patients. The director of CFTC in Palm Bay, Tiffany, has always gone above and beyond anytime I have needed anything. She is always there to listen if you are just having a rough day or there to help with anything else that may come up. She truly cares about all of the patients and she treats everyone with respect and kindness. It’s been a little over 2 years since I walked through the doors of CFTC and since that day I haven’t looked back. I would love to be able to take all the credit for how much better my life is today but I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without all the support I have gotten from this clinic. Thank you to all the staff at CFTC for everything you have done to help me over the past couple years. I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me on this journey to a better life. If you’re struggling please don’t think twice about it just make the call and schedule your intake appointment. You won’t regret it! ❤️

This treatment center helped to save my life. On top of that, the staff each and everyone of them, treat people like human beings trying to get better. I’m sad to leave. Tiffany helped me through so many things as well as Vanessa while she was there. And though I don’t remember all the names of the nurses each and everyone of them had an amazing attitude and truly wanted to help people. If you want to truly get better, go here.

Please go to new seasons in vero!!! Central Florida treatment center is not the only methadone clinic in the area. They say they are, but they’re not. They just don’t want people to know that new seasons just opened in vero. New seasons also does intakes almost everyday, while this place will make you wait sometimes 2 weeks for intake because they only do them on Tuesdays
This will not set you up for success. Tiffany the director is absolutely horrible. You can constantly hear her talking badly about patients from her office that she leaves the door open to. This is The most disgusting center I have ever visited. Close to every single person that works in this sad excuse for a treatment center is rude, they couldn’t care less, and they lack any empathy. They’re in the wrong business. I’ve never felt so unfairly and poorly treated as I have here. I made the mistake of transferring here from another clinic and I regretted it everyday. I just found out new seasons opened in vero and was able to get myself in there. They made me feel like a human being and I feel so happy and hopeful for myself. Please if you need MAT treatment, don’t get yourself chained to a cash grab clinic like this one
