I brought my recently adopted kitty into Cat and Hound Market for a bathing and nail trimming session, upon being warm and inviting the staff was extremely knowledgeable in pet behavior and nutrition. I noticed the facility houses many of the top tier quality foods for both canine and feline family members. I'm incredibly satisfied in the services provided, as kitty was fully dried, with nails being trimmed to an appropriate length (no over trimming/pain/or discomfort here!) My little fur baby was extremely calm and comfortable upon pickup, which only reassured me that she was left in caring and capable hands. Cat and Hound Market wasn't only a place to get great services, foods, toys, any many other accessories, but a place where my Layla can make new friends which enriched my heart.

Tbh eh do an incredible job grooming my doodle puppy. When I first started going they were super helpful as I talked through what I liked and didn’t like from past haircuts my dog has had, and everytime I go they do a phenomenal job with her and are very attentive to detail and good with my dog. They are clean and professional, and offer a great variety of toys and treats in store too. So glad to have found this place!

Booked an appointment with Yasmine for my Siberian Husky and came out looking ten times better than where he was getting groomed at before. No loose hairs as I had problems with previous groomers but she knocked this appointment out the ball park.
Me and my dog will be back to set our next appointment up forsure! Thank you Cat and Hound for the awesome experience!

Highly recommend! I very easily made a grooming appointment for my 2.5 year old kitty and they texted me with questions. I got her in within just a few days.

Got my Shiba Inu groomed here. They did an amazing job accommodating her special needs. Her fur was soft and fit her body style perfectly. She wasn’t over groomed which some people do with Shibas not being used to their fur. My dog was calmer leaving than when she came in. Plus she got a cute bandana and smelled great! I love everything about this place the owners are amazing, the products are amazing, and now I love the groomer too!

Well if your dog doesn't like getting their nails done then don't bring them here! I called twice in advance to schedule an appointment for two dogs who I mentioned were reactive but they come in muzzled and sedated. Yasmine went to go take one of the dogs first (he does not like people but does fine with his nails) which i mentioned and as soon as he barked at her I handed her the leash and she basically dragged him back there. Then I asked if she wanted me to go back there because he clearly wasn't feeling it and she said nope i'll call you if I need help. Well my dog screamed in the back for 10 minutes and managed to get his muzzle off and then they finally called me back there when it all could've been prevented if they had let me go back there. She asked me "does he always act like this" I said no not with his nails," to which she immediately tried to defend herself and say something along the lines of "well it's wasn't the nails that was the problem he just didn't like me" Which could've once again all been prevented. Then my second dog who does very bad with his nails went back and I told them I have to go back there with him.I explained that i'm not sure what his old owners did, but he doesn't like getting his nails done at all. They brought me back there and the whole time she was trying to rush thru the nail trim, didn't try to talk or calm him down at all with me, was physically hesitant to even do his nails to begin with (made him more anxious) and then after he started bleeding on one of his front paws she said she would not continue with the back and that it's best for me to bring him to the vet to get his nails done. Might be a good place if ur dog behaves well but if your struggling to find a place for your pups that don't like getting their nails done than this is NOT the place.

I’m so appreciative of a groomer that handled my long-haired cat, who can be temperamental when I groom her at home. My girl is so cute and comfortable now! Loved how friendly this location was for our first time.
