What a great experience during a trying time! My cat had a nasty injury on his tail, I got a same day appointment on Saturday and Dr Nick Mann jumped into action and treated the injury on the spot which you just don’t see these days Dr Nick Mann is also super friendly and confident!!! All the staff is also great! 2nd day and the injury looks 100% better already.

Truly, the very best care in Northern Nevada. I drive an hour from Reno to Gardnerville for my animals. The new facility is state of the art. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. As I sat waiting for my appointment, Cheryl took multiple calls and her warmth and empathy was evident in each interaction. Dr. Ross is amazing. He goes above and beyond in his care for animals. Dr. Nelson is equally amazing. I highly recommend Carson Valley Veterinarian Hospital. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

We have taken our puppy here since we first got her. This visit we got her spayed. Carson Valley Vet was honest upfront about pricing, they were so good with our puppy, and helped us with all the post op instructions. They even called the following day to. Heck I’m on her. This is by far the best vet around and we have moved all our fur babies to this vet!

We took our bulldog in last nights she apparently has a ruptured disc. The staff and vet were fantastic. They got us in right away, were super personable and kind as well. The vet walked in the room and sat in the floor with our old sweet lady and was so sweet with her. We are eternally grateful.

We were on a road trip and our pup started to urinate blood clots. We were so scared. We drove almost a hour from where we were to get to the hospital. They were amazing. They helped our girl, who was not herself and a bit snarky. It’s been a couple of days now and she is so much better. They were helpful, kind, professional and prompt. If we lived in the area they would be our all the time vet! Thank you.

The best Vet experience we have ever had! We started here 2 years ago needing imaging, biopsy, and treatments for our Senior Kitty. Dr. Ross is knowledgeable and flexible with what our guy needed. He was able to find treatment that has vastly improved my guys health.. He and his team have a great disposition and the animals react positively, all the staff is friendly and efficient. They keep everything simple yet informative so that every step is quick and full of care. Great follow up and easy appointment’s. Even though we live in Reno we now bring both cats here. The difference in the ease of care compared to other Vets we have used in the past is miles apart.
