We took our two 80-lb Boxers and one 7-lb Chihuahua for their annual shots/exam. What a job.

The staff, Stormie (sp?), was exceptional. She went over everything our babies needed AND worked out ways for us to SAVE money!! Dr. Annie was wonderful too! She found an ear infection in one and we didn’t have any signs of our fur baby having one. She loved on each of our dogs and was thorough, friendly, and genuine.

From beginning to the end, the visit was so comprehensive. I didn’t feel like we were a number with them trying to rush visit. I left knowing my fur babies are in exceptional hands!

I had a bad experience with one vet here. And was very upset. But I came in and spoke with Dr. Alexander who was extremely supportive and agree'd with the hospitals assessment of what was going on.I needed to get a lot of medicine for my dog and needed it now. Stormy the most awesome Vet Tech ever was so good about making sure I got what I needed and even called while I was at the pharmacy to make sure it went well. Then I came in today in fact and saw Dr. Leslie who is super cool, very understanding and patient with my husbands and mines questions. She let us watch the ultrasound and showed us what was what. We got some good news. And that was a relief. Would I recommend them? Yes. They do care.

I brought both of my dogs in today 10/21/2024 and Dr. Alexander was so sweet and gentle with my very rambunctious dogs!! I don’t bring my babies out much so they aren’t used to new faces and they bark, people always think they’re mean or unmanageable. It was nice to hear someone say how sweet they are, it made my day!! dr. Alexander was great with both of them and it gave me peace of mind and confidence to come to another visit. Then We had a young lady by the name of Stormi clip their nails and clean Kalhoua ears since she had a bad ear infection. Kalhoua doesn’t really let people just handle her but Stormi had that soothing voice and magic touch!! Stormi went the extra mile and made us feel very comfortable!! Thank you so much for making my visit stress free because walking in I was very stressed and worried!!

My 19 year old cat, Coletrane was ran over by a car. Caring Hands took us right in, X-rays, ultrasound looking for internal injuries...the works. My handsome gentleman is alive, he needs time to fully recover, but he is alive. Very thankful these people took care of our gentleman when we needed them most.
