We love Dr. Wendy and her staff! We come here for everything we possibly can and Dr. Wendy has saved us thousands in vet bills. We bring our personal pets, service animals, and rescued animals here. We always recommend Dr. Wendy as a knowledgeable and fairly priced veterinarian, who won't upset you.

Dr Wendy and her staff were great, explained everything that my new rescue Frenchie had going on and what would be the best treatments and supplements for her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR PET HERE FOR ANY MAJOR SURGERIES!!! My dog died hours after having surgery at this clinic! Obviously there is a risk for any surgery in which anesthesia is used. However, I took my 10 month old dog here to get fixed, which is a very routine procedure. I've had all my dogs fixed in the past and I'm very familiar with the protocol for this type of surgery. This was my first time using this clinic and I will never put the lives of my animals in this clinic's hands again. I dropped my dog off at 8:30AM and they called me to pick her up at 10:30AM, and I thought that was done very quickly compared to when I've had other dogs fixed in the past. My dog ended up passing away later that day; she fell asleep and never woke back up again. I was shocked and could not even believe what had just occurred. After reading Google reviews for this establishment, I realized there are other people who brought their animals here to be fixed and the animal ended up dying! When I spoke to the vet she tried to tell me that this is normal and sometimes that's just the risk you take by using an affordable veterinary clinic. I could not believe it, and I do not think this is an ethical institution. The name of the vet that performed the surgery is Dr. Wendy Biggs License #: 9261

My cat had an abrasion on her rear end. I wanted to have her nails cut. She needed shots. My cat usually requires us to medicate her enabling work to be done. The Doctor (Wendy), Nicole and a new staff member were able to complete all tasks w/o putting her to sleep. Saving us $ of course and less stress on the whole operation. Thank you folks.

I have traveled all the way from Atlanta twice to visit this vet for surgical services on my Frenchie, as she is very affordable. He has a soft pallet removal and his nasal airways opened for breathing issues. The staff is nice and the doctor answered all of my questions about his after care and traveling before I left. She is extremely busy day in and day out but they are always honest about time frames with me.

All 6 of my dogs were recently spayed by DrBiggs and all of them received top knock care and recovered quickly with no complications. I am very impressed by both the doctor and her staff. Dr Biggs and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable , friendly and compassionate and catered to each one of my babies individually with confidence and kindness. The Clinia is clean and well organized and the staff does a wonderful job handling the clients and patients in this practice with efficiency and ease. It is a small clinic located out of town in a rural area and it is beautiful there. The doctors own anilals are right there for all to see and are quite content and happy. A big white Kuvasz is there when you come in lounging on the floor relaxed, not a care in this world and little French Bulldog puppies with there mother happily playing in a cage near the back of clinic. The staff talking to them as they busily go by. Letting me see that they don’t mind being there, they are truly enjoying themselves and are totally comfortable, like it’s their home away from home. Even with all the hustle and bustle of everything going on around them. I was allowed to take my own dogs and settle them into their cage awaiting their surgeries as well as go to get them when I picked them up. There’s nothing to hide there. I was worried about leaving them when I arrived but not at all when I left them I worked as a veterinary technician for 20+ years both in bay practices as well as emergency vet hospitals and I would definitely recommend Cares Veterinary Clinic in Archer FL to my family and my friends. This is a lovely place where you and your pet will feel at ease, knowing you will receive A+ treatment by a knowledgeable veterinarian and her staff!! Thank you Cares for taking care of my babies and also for having such a great hospital!! I will definitely use Dr Biggs as my regular vet for all of my pets needs. You can’t go wrong!! ?❤️?

I'd never taken an animal to them before. It was a Friday night at 615pm and they were 48 minutes away. They waited for us. They were great with the kitten. They ruled out all the bad viruses. Gave us the dewormer to give her when she was getting better, nutri-cal to help supplement the KMR instead of mother's milk, steroids&antibiotics to give her over the next cpl weeks. They explained everything, were very transparent & sincere. The price was decent considering, under $300, for all of that. It would have been triple that if we'd had to take her to the UF Small animal hospital. They held the practice open almost 2 hours late to get her temp up, get her tested, get her hydrated & medicated. I will be bringing my other animals there now.

Dr. Biggs and her staff are the best. They do all they can for so many people and their furry loved ones. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and compassion with our pets. We don’t trust anyone else with our furry children.
