Definitely recommend this place, this was the first time I ever boarded my cats. I was so scared but this place helped me through the time I was away from my two fur babies. I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU, to Ashley she’s a rockstar, definitely will be bringing them back. I left them here for 2 week, they were definitely taken care of really really well. Canine Country Club & Feline Inn in Phoenix, AZ: A Pawsitively Perfect Stay

My fur babies had the best time at Canine Country Club & Feline Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. My pet was clearly happy and well-cared for, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. I highly recommend this amazing boarding facility to any pet owner in/around Phoenix! ?❤️

I thought I found a sincere family ran business that could care for my dog while I was away. NO. Everytime cash has come home he smelled, toys were dirty, bed was dirty to the point where I had to throw those things away. Hes even come home with kennel cough. I have always let it go until today. Today I picked up Cash after 3 nights and I did not get a good look at him till I was loading him up in the car and he has dry blood spots on his face, scratches, smells like he came straight out of a sewer, paws are red and inflamed. WHEN I specifically paid extra for and verbally confirmed he’d have no contact with other dogs because I paid for the pampered suite. I didn’t want him around other dogs because the previous kennel cough incident, which I’m aware is common in public dog places. But if I just picked up my dog like this and he truly didnt have any contact time with dogs, what the hell happened to my dog. I leave for a funeral and have to get my dog back like this, and still pay $165. Ridiculous.

Dropped my dog off for day care for the first time after being told that he wouldn't have contact with other dogs due to being in a private space, and having 1:1 playtime with a human. When I got him home he seemed upset, and upon closer inspection I noticed he had multiple bite marks in his shoulder and was bleeding. No one even mentioned an incident to me when I picked him up, but the staff found time to rudely ask "what's wrong with him?" and imply he was "a rescue", due to the appearance of his skin (has severe allergies). Will not return.

I'm so grateful to this place! I had booked my dog elsewhere and missed the drop off time. I would've missed my flight if they hadn't come to the rescue! I was able to take my dog in, at the last minute, got an extensive stay. When I got back, he looked so happy, I knew it was a great fit.

I love this place so much I literally only leave my dog here whenever I travel, which is a lot. My pupper is so excited to stay there and the staff are so friendly they’re really the nicest people. I love how you can choose to have your dog separate from other dogs, but they still get that through-the-fence interaction. They make my dog the cutest report cards that I stick on my fridge, and I always get her a bath before pickup and she comes back so fluffy and happy! 12/10 service definitely recommend.

Staff was incredibly nice but I got my rabbit back with a filthy cage. The bowl I left him to be filled with pellets everyday wasn’t even in the cage and they couldn’t find it. He’s acting like he hasn’t been fed and won’t leave his bowl at home, I’m not happy and quite frankly shouldn’t be paying at all. Everything is soaking wet in his cage!

We've been bring our dogs here for nearly 30 years for periods of 3 to 30 days and have ALWAYS been very satisfied with their care. Just this year our current house hippo has been here twice and will be staying at least two more times this year. Highly recommend!!
