Hey, can you please put prices on your items? It's really annoying that most of your stuff doesn't have price tags. I just walked out without buying anything because I didn't want to guess the prices and get a surprise at the checkout.

Serious need of better management! The section of the store I was in looks like a bomb went off on the shelves and who knows what went to what price tag. But that wasn't even the worst part. Got to the register and the two girls are chatting back and forth while the one actually running the register is not just part of that verbal chat but also texting. Watch the whole family with frustration on their face before me and then when it was my turn, with only one item have you, she scanned it and I waited like 4 minutes of her texting handing her phone to a boy behind the counter to read the text she just read, then finally getting back to the register. No sorry, no acknowledging I was even at the register, just barely getting through each transaction as the only cashier with three other people behind the same counter.

I love the location, easy in and easy out, ADA accessibility, smooth parking lot and spacious entry and aisles... I'm an amputee who notices when places strive to accommodate their shoppers, this place checks all the right boxes.
I'm an East Coast guy and a bit fickle about these kind of stores that are sorta in the category of Cabela's, Paris Farmers Union and of course LL Bean in my hometown, each has their unique shoppability, this CAL Ranch store in Flagstaff is unique in its own way as well with a little bit of everything for a lot of people and/or a lot of some things for a specific customer... Again, I've only been in Flagstaff for two months and i absolutely love this store. Ive gone in looking for something specific and if they're sold out or unavailable, i still always leave with an armful of purchases.
I've enjoyed the staff and the friendly
(but busy) customer service employees, but, if they weren't busy that wouldn't be an example of a busy go-to store for people looking for anything and everything. I alwaaaaaays find my hard to fit clothing choices there as well as my camping/road trip gear, and if i had room in my travel home I'd buy up the awesome farmhouse/americana decor!
Never had a problem about not finding prices because the specific things i seek out always seem to have prices attached.
The cashier I see frequently is busy checking people out, but she's fast and efficient so the line moves quickly.
I have nothing negative to say, or about things that can be improved because i have not run into issues there and also there's nothing to compare it to such as another CAL Ranch store across town.
It's a unique experience to shop at this store from a list or to browse and buy out of spontaneity.
In closing, it's also a bit of a hometown unexpected meeting place to bump into people and chat.
Five star to store and crew.

Great quality and assortment of goods. Clean store. Staff is about as friendly as Walmart Employees. NO need to wear a mask I was pretty much the only one lost count at 8 people without masks. Employees were wearing them though.

Called ahead and explained that my 91 year old father couldn't be out in the heat (93°) much. Asked if they would look at boots to see if they had his size. Waited while they checked. Person said they had 2 pair in stock. Asked to have them set aside because we would be there in a matter of minutes. Got there. Nothing put aside. Looked through boots and found at least 15 different pair in his size. Couldn't find anyone to help. My Dad could barely stand to walk all the way from the back of the store to leave.
Terrible service (none), not helpful (that's why I called ahead), no electric carts for the elderly. Nothing worth stepping foot in that place for.

The items in the store are cool but the fact that you can't find a price tag on anything is extremely annoying.. we go in alot and this problem hasn't been addressed for months so you can tell the store isn't looked after well at all.. might as well use Amazon at this point

I've only been in this store one time. It definitely left a great lasting impression regarding the attitude and knowledge of the staff. It's a farm store, people. Not the Waldorf Astoria. People's expectations seem a bit ridiculous, and they are quick to bash a good business. If employee turnaround seems excessive, that speaks of the community not the business. Keep up the good work C-A-L
