I recently took my dog to C U Pet Grooming for a summer cut and teeth cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The grooming was done with great care and attention to detail, leaving my dog looking neat and tidy.

One of the best parts was that they accepted my request for service on the same day, even though I didn't make a reservation. This flexibility was incredibly convenient for me.

The owner was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns thoroughly. I felt confident that my dog was in good hands.

The pricing is reasonable and offers good value for the quality of service provided. While the facility itself is neither exceptional nor poor, the excellent grooming service more than makes up for it.

Overall, I highly recommend C U Pet Grooming for anyone looking for a reliable and professional grooming service for their pets. I'll definitely be returning!

Pawsible team and Kolton are beyond amazing. Not only do they take care and of my 3 Frenchies but they throw in a little training too. Kolton has helped me with lease training, basic commands and a little socialization. Their communication is amazing & I LOVE their instastories video's throughout the day.
I recommend them highly. I cannot wait for their LA branch to open. Kolton is amazing!

I went in today 3/16/24 with my German Shepherd Dog (Toby). As a male GSD I wanted to get him a sanitary trim so he would not have a messy bottom belly when doing his business. I told them no haircut on the top. So to be clear that was a full groom no haircut and a sanitary trim on the bottom. I come back for my dog and he looked like this.(view pictures the 4 first pictures are what he looked like today and the last 2 are before) When I complained they resolved nothing and denied trimming his hair. I know my dog well enough to know when he gets a trim done he is not a long hair so its very obvious. Also putting a slip lead on the hind legs can definitely injure a dog! Connie and a male employee both argued about not cutting his hair and I'm a very reasonable person when it comes to mistakes but this is something that could have been avoided if they listened to me from the beginning I was clear on my instructions and Connie seemed in a very rushed mood. I am highly disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning again. Ive been going here for a year and a half now always leaving tips. I do not recommend coming here if you want a job well done on your pets they do not follow instructions and rush everything! Horrible service. If anyone has a good groomer to refer go ahead and let me know doesn't matter the price just needs to be in the OC area, thank you!

These are new owners of this grooming salon. The pervious owner (CU Grooming) was very caring and gentle with the pets. This new owner has darkened the windows to the grooming area so you can't see the midevil torture equipment they currently use to hold the animals. I caught a glimpse when the door opened. They had one of my cats splayed out in 4 point restraints with a plastic ball mask fastened on its head. All three of my cats have been severely traumatized and have hidden and won't come out to eat or to have treats since. I will NEVER take my animals there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps. I could hear whimpering and crys of pain emanating from dogs in the rear area. I never heard these sounds when the previous owner has the shop. The new owner came out and turned on loud music in the front area to drown out the sounds from the back. I CANNOT STRESS MORE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS GROOMER!!!!

I was charged $80 for full grooming and extra $10 for cleaning hair under my dog's paws. My baby came out like almost a ball, uneven hair cut , there are many areas on her body showing only skin, her ears weren't cleaned, there are still full of hair there which would be plucked at other groomers, hair between and under paws were not cut as they said and charged. My husband picked her up from Pawsible with out checking her coast , ears and paws. When I saw her at home, I cried out because she looked like being buzzed off from a child playing . I had to re cut hair on her legs, paws and ears. It took a month for her hair to grow and cover the areas where were saved off by groomer there. Also, i don't know what they did to her, but she went home and scare with everything for many weeks . Poor baby, it hurt my heart so much. Never come back.
