Horrible customer service. Very unorganized. Tried charging me a different price than what they quoted my mother over the phone. Never told her about the towable option for a faction of their delivery prices. When the lift arrived it was never communicated and it came with no manual or directions. Was unable to use the life for the majority of my project that I needed it for because of some balancing issue which no one ever advised us of until AFTER i called to complain about not being able to use the lift I rented. When you pay over $500 for something you rent, I would think any reasonable person would expect it to work right and have some sort of manual or print out of possible trouble shooting problems. I will NEVER rent here again and I advise anyone and everyone to not waste your money here either.

Helpful staff, good tool selection, and well maintained. Nice new storefront. They have three locations so if they don’t have the one you need in Tualatin they can check Vancouver and Eugene.

The front line crew was great and friendly and answered questions and had everything ready to go. I rented a Trencher that was about 25% more than a big box outlet and thought it would be better to go with a true rental company since this companies core competency is rentals and I was concerned about over use on the machines at corporate stores. They rented a machine that was years past its usable life and needed to be scrapped. I got it home to do some work and it failed and ended up going to Home Depot for a rental that was about 10 years newer and cheaper and the process was quicker and easier. Yes Home Depot was that good today. The management of this company needs to do a better job of managing equipment turnover. It isn't making capital improvements and leaves its front level staff dealing with issues. I wasted half my day with a piece of equipment that shouldn't be in service.

Nicoleta was very helpful for when I needed an urgent forklift to help unloading a container that same day, when I walked into their office I told her I needed a forklift right now, she said "NOW?!". I said "YES." And somehow she made it happen. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm really glad I found this place. The equipment here is in better shape and therefore more effective than the tools at Home Depot - I once rented a dehumidifier first from Home Depot and then from C&E in a week, and C&E's dehumidifier of the exact same model did twice the work. I've already rented tools from C&E a couple times and will continue to do so!

Always easy to do business with. Make sure you call a week ahead to make sure they have the equipment the the local branch. I love their weekend rental policy. Pick it up after noon on Friday and get it the whole weekend for the price of one day!

Picked up a mower for clearing forest of blackberry which didn’t work well for the job due to the amount of blackberry. They didn’t charge for the mower due to this and I picked up an excavator. They told me I had the excavator for a long Labor Day weekend...3 days. When I went to pick up the excavator they informed me that I could only use the unit for 8 hours or I’d be subject to additional fees. If I had rented the mower again I would be into this project almost $500 of rental fees. I didn’t make a big deal about this while I was there dropping off the excavator however I would certainly like someone to contact me to make this correct. I have more time into picking up and dropping off units then I have on using their equipment.
